Located in a great neighborhood with medical care and facilities nearby, the Residence At Gramercy is a senior living community with independent and assisted living apartments.

Licensed by the State of Nebraska to be able to accept Medicaid Waiver we provide the care and services for those in need and give the peace of mind people want in a home-like setting.

Medication assistance, bathing assistance, 3 meals each day, laundry, housekeeping and 24/7 staff assistance with call button. Daily activities and social outings allow residents to develop meaningful relationships and feel connected in the community. Each resident apartment can be furnished and decorated to make it their own. Apartment kitchenettes include a refrigerator, sink and microwave.

To keep things simple most services such as cable, internet, electricity, heat and water are all covered as part of the rent. With our below-average private rates and ability to accept Medicaid, we have options to fit everyone’s needs. We went there and we liked it, and there were a lot more people out. I thought it was really good, nice, and the people were friendly. It's interesting the fact that it's assisted living also. If you live as independent you automatically will be able to be in assisted facility if you need it when the time comes, I think the transition is nice, and if you're in medicaid and you do transition, it's fully covered, so I think that's an extra bonus. The staff was pretty receptive.

We looked at it, and the place is pretty good. We noticed activities, and it looks satisfactory with all the activities they offer. The field person who accommodated us was very helpful.

They are there to take care of you; to make sure that you are safe and secure and that your needs are met. The room was very basic but it was certainly a good layout. The staff was very friendly. The exercise is limited but I think all of the activities are available there.
