We've chosen Heritage Place for my mom, and she's moving in the first of the year. I liked everything about it. Everybody was nice and helpful. They had a gym, a salon, transportation services, and they had activities. The place was very clean.

Heritage Place was a very nice place and very positive. They had a lot of things for the residents to do, and it was nice, clean, and friendly. The rooms were very nice. We walked through the whole building. The layout was nice. They had different socials and get-togethers during the day and exercise classes.

Heritage Place was very nice. It was well maintained, had good staff, and was just an awesome place. It is somewhere that I would enjoy being. I liked the apartments. They were very nice. Everybody that I met and talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I think I would enjoy their activities. There was so much to do.

The Heritage Place was really nice. It seemed to be something that my dad would like. They have the kitchenette that he likes. He does not need assisted living, and he can still do a lot of stuff on his own. They offer enough benefits and a variety of things that when we talked to him about it, he said he would be interested in living there. It was very clean. The only thing (and I think a lot of elderly people might have issues with) is that it's a high rise type of thing. My dad had stents in his leg. It's really hard for him to get around sometimes. Maybe if it's one level, it would be the perfect place. We only met two people: the check-in, and the tour guide (a person who represented a marketing person). They seemed to be very, very nice. They were nice and informative.

We went to Heritage Place to do the tour, and my mom's already got the keys to her apartment. The people in there were friendly, and the apartment was a good size. She got a 1-bedroom apartment and it was way bigger than what we thought it was going to be, so she was happy with that. They showed us around, they took us to the laundry room, to the dining room, even down to the loading dock where we would have to bring our furniture and stuff in. They were really helpful, they met us at the door and did everything they told us they were going to do. The staff who gave the tour was very, very nice. She went above and beyond trying to help my mom, because my mom's a little bit older and set in her ways, and she was good with her. We went into the dining room while they were eating, and they told us that night they were having lobster with parmesan. I asked them, "What if they don't eat seafood?" And she said they have three meat options every night, so they get to choose what they want to eat. The building is a little bit older, but they have it clean. On the second floor, they have a big open indoor courtyard thing where they all go down and play bingo and do other things down there.

Heritage Place seemed to be a real fine community. The residents are friendly, and the staff members are extra friendly. I had no problem with the paperwork that I had to do, and they were very helpful in that. It wasn't long before I decided if whether this would be the place for me. It's a beautiful place inside and out. They have park scenery outside. They have a place for you to walk and exercise. So that's what attracted me to Heritage Place. The staff members were very communicative and caring.

We put down a deposit and moved my mother's things into Heritage Place. We chose the independent living side. It's nicely appointed. They have a beautiful dining room and patio where the residents can spend time. A lot of the residents sit out in front of the facility in a covered area. They have a nice way to check in; it's computer based. The staff seems friendly, and everybody we came in contact with -- the people who live there and the staff -- were very nice. There were some residents playing the piano and singing patriotic songs because it was Fourth of July weekend when we were there. They have a wine night on Friday evenings that the residents seem to enjoy, and people come and go. They have a parking lot right out front for the residents with cars. For the people who can't drive, they have a van that has a nice schedule. The schedule for events is always posted for the next two days. It's always in the elevator for the residents to see. We didn't eat there, but we've heard good things about the food. Two meals per day are included, or you can pay for a third. It seemed very nice, and it was a good location for my mother.

I was happy with the accommodations at Heritage Place. I found it to be clean, and they seemed very professional. It's not brand new, but it looked well kept and maintained. I was given a full list of all the amenities there. We went through the brochure, and I got to see a good portion of what's available there. I was shown the dining room. It wasn't in full use at the time, but it looked very usable and clean. We pretty much went through everything that was in the book. I had a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them. The staff who showed me around was very informative, and she listened extremely well. I appreciate that she has actually reached back out to me, because she understood that I was trying to compare what I can get in North Carolina with what I can get in Pittsburgh. She's actually reached back out to me to see how my comparison is going. I was very happy in dealing with her. It felt homey.

My mom is already in Heritage Place. She likes it a lot. She's having a little bit of issues with the air conditioning. Her carpet is completely soaked right now because it's not working very well right now, but they're taking care of it. They're doing a really good job and taking care of it and making sure that everything is good. She has two meals a day and they provide linen service once a week. She has the pendant. They call her twice a day from the front desk to make sure that everything is OK. They provide transportation to places like Wal-Mart, and they have transportation to doctor's appointments (if she needs it). If I want to, I can have a meal with her. My mom loves the food. I think the staff have a few areas they can work on; nobody's perfect. They have some activities. I think all these places charge way too much for what they're giving.

My mom was at Heritage Place. She had an apartment all by herself. The food there was very good. They had a lovely dining room, and they had a menu to choose from. They had entrees, vegetables, and desserts. It was like going to a very nice restaurant. It was delightful. That was one of the nicest things about this place. It was just a nice place to live in and a nice place to visit. I went there every day while she was there. Once a week, they would go shopping somewhere. They would go to Wal-Mart, to Target, and various places. They could also garden. They had a lot of activities, and they had an activity director. They made jewelry and they planted stuff. They kept the residents there very busy. If they want to do it, they could. If they didn't, they didn't have to, but something was going on every day. The staff was wonderful. I felt like they like the job, and they like the people that they've worked with. They were delightful. Everybody there was nice, happy, helpful, and wonderful people. They were all wonderful.

I looked at Heritage Place. They did a very good job with the tour, and all the staff members were very friendly. I like the convenience of having meals available on the property. They have things to do, and I like the easy access. It was fine. The rooms were way too small for me, but the facility was very clean. They had a nice seating area on each floor.

We chose Heritage Place for my dad, and he's moving there soon. The tour was very friendly, very informative, and very helpful. He chose a studio apartment with a nice patio, but it's very small. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's clean. We chose it for location, and it's affordable for us.

I went on a tour at Heritage Place Fayetteville and got lots of information. It seems like it would be a good place. They had a dining area, and the staff said that once everything gets lifted they will have socials and trips for their clientele. Right now, a lot of the things that they have available aren't available because of the pandemic. The apartment that I saw there was nice, it was not small and not too big, it was just the right size. They were doing construction and that was the only issue that I had. The staff was very nice. Because they were doing construction, there were a couple of things they were working on, and there were facilities they had closed off.

I was very impressed with Heritage Place. Everything was great, but they were all in their 80s and 90s. There were no 55 or 60-year-old people, and I need to be where there are active people. There was nothing wrong with the facility. They had some very good activities for people. The care was there, and the people were clean. The facility was very clean even though it's an older facility. I just would not feel comfortable being with senior people. They would take them out to places that they want to go to like Wal-Mart, the drug store, and on tours. They had church services, different activities, bingo club, and card club.

We're in the process of moving into Heritage Place. The staff and the people are very friendly. The food is great. The rooms are nice and relatively new. They remodeled them to keep them that way. They have a variety of options from studios up to 2-bedroom, 2-baths. We have two rooms. My husband is in a handicapped studio and I am in a 1-bedroom. They have a lot of activities. They have a bus to take you shopping and to appointments. They have a small gym with free machines. The big thing for me is that it is right next door to my church, so I don't need a car to get to church.

My mother is at Heritage Place now. Her room is very nice, very clean, spacious, and we are very pleased. The staff is very nice, very pleasant, and very accommodating. I’ve actually eaten there a couple of times with my mother, and the food is really good.

Heritage Place had very nice facilities. They did have the assisted, but I was familiar with the independent living where you had your own room. They prepared your meals, so it was like you were on your own, but they also looked after you. It’s very clean.
