It does have an elevator and during my 5 years I have seen no roaches.

I visited Sharon Village. This building was a two-story facility but it didn't have an elevator. So if you live on the second floor, you have to go downstairs to take your clothes to the laundry and up again to bring it back with you. Also during meal time, you have to go down to the dining room to eat lunch and that's the only meal they provide. So having no elevator in the building and having steps that are pretty big and wide is not good for me. They have big rooms though. However, I visited this facility three times and every time I went there, I found dead roaches on the floor.
