Mason Pointe was beautiful. It's new. We have friends who live there in a two-bedroom apartment. It was lovely and had beveled ceilings. It looked luxurious. We ate there, and the food was wonderful. They have a swimming pool, a theater, a chapel, two small meeting rooms, a library, and various places for people just to meet. They bring in a lot of very high quality entertainment.
The main problem with Mason point is you have to pay an entrance fee of $300,000, and then you still have to pay monthly between $2,000 and $4,000 per person. We walked a distance of a city block to get from their apartment to the dining area, but there were actually little alcoves along the way with couches. They expect people to have to stop and rest along the way.
