The Preserve of Roseville was a gorgeous facility and it's very new. It's just that we waited for half an hour to get a tour. The guy who gave us the tour was great, though. He's their maintenance guy but was also their tour guide and their front desk person. All the other staff that walked by didn't talk to us. So, we were just sitting there, but the facility itself was nice and clean.

i would not recommend this residence to anyone. Poor communication, unqualified and poorly trained RAs. Inconsistent food. No weekly or consisted covid testing. No community van, fishing outings or luncheons out etc.. Month to month lease Rent increase at anytime and for any amount. As of 1/1/2022 everyone’s rent was increased $500/month= $6000/year. A lot for seniors in independent,, assisted or memory care on fixed incomes. What is on the brochure, told in tour and what is can be quite different when it comes to amenities and limited activities. Resident run Saturday night movies are looked forward to.

The Preserve of Roseville had a two-bedroom apartment available, which was appealing to us as a place for mom and dad. There would be opportunities for mom to do things there and they also had several different workout opportunities, like chair yoga and some other things. They could either go into the dining facility and sit by just the two of them or with other people, or have their breakfast in their apartment if they wanted to. We felt very comfortable with the staff and the gentleman who showed us around, as well as the location, being right across from a park, as my parents are big walkers, so that appealed to them. The gentleman was very friendly, very open, and he seemed to know everybody in the facility. Anybody we walked past in the hall, all seemed very pleased to see and greet him, which made us feel more comfortable. They had a patio that overlooked a large expanse of green space that was not buildable, so it would always have a nice view.

Would not recommend this community to anyone. Half of what they list in original brochure has not been provided. No consistent Covid testing. No regular ireceptionist especially on weekends. High turnover in staff. Always short staffed. No cleaning service for 5 months now 30 minutes every 2 weeks, but not complete. Poor response to repairs. Inconsistent food quality. Not everything told would be in rent or offered is available or even built. Poor service to assisted living given staff shortages.
