I will be moving into Parkshore Senior Campus. I like the level of activity that seems to be present. I also like the fact that they have a pool and that they're on a lake, which makes it beautiful. I know that they're very active. The room is very bright, light, and welcoming. I only have worked with one staff, but she was great. She was very informative, very honest, very friendly, and respectful.

I found Parkshore Senior Campus to be a very clean and welcoming place. We did get to visit several apartments. Some were a little bit bigger than what I was looking for, and some of them were a little smaller, but I found two types of apartments that I found well within what I look for in senior living. The lady who toured us was very knowledgeable. It was a good experience.
They had a lot of nice outdoor living space that I found very appealing. They're very close to a park and a lake and also very close to the Saint Louis Park Community Center where my grandsons play hockey, so that was also a very good fit for me. They have good underground and above-ground covered parking and I still drive, so parking is something that I am also interested in. They gave us examples of the activities that they do there and I found that very appealing also.

I went to Parkshore Senior Campus. It had more options, more possibilities because they had a swimming pool, and had a bigger space. The staff was pleasant, but it's hard to say because we were wearing masks, and not engaging as far as being able to talk; we had more contact with people like Glen. I saw a one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom, but I'm interested only in a one-bedroom. The size is good, up to 800 square feet, I think. If you come in from the hallway there's a closet, the kitchen, and then you get into the living space, and there are balconies to outside.

I visited Parkshore. It was a very nice community, and the lady that gave me the tour was wonderful. The place was great. The apartments were nice and had kitchens. They had all the amenities you could ask for, like swimming pools, exercise therapy, exercise room, and game room. They gave me a list of the available activities.

Parkshore has senior apartment, assisted living, and memory care. I toured the entire facility and got to see an apartment and the amenities like the fitness room, pool, dining area, and library. It was very nice. The rooms were clean, new-looking, and well kept. They were compact rooms but big enough for one person. The staff was friendly and helpful. I looked at their menu, but I didn't eat there. They looked like they have tons of activities -- for instance different types of exercise classes like chair exercises and yoga. There were movies and arts and crafts. It just seemed like there were activities every hour of the day. They also have a van that takes people to shopping centers and nearby spots. The best way I can describe the place is like an upscale hotel. It was very pleasant, very nice, and not institutional at all. There were a lot of things going on, and a lot of the residents were busy in doing things and socializing. It looked like a really nice place to be.
