The Woods – Memory Care

The Woods is a secure, home-like environment where dedicated staff provides 24/7 personalized memory care assisted living. Our intimate setting and structured activities foster joy and engagement for your loved one. Oak Meadows, in partnership with homecare agency Lifesprk, seeks creative, compassionate solutions to enable each person to thrive and flourish. Distinctive care and senior community give families the peace of mind that their loved ones are surrounded by compassion, nurturing and comfort.
