You would need to provide your own washer and dryer in Gramercy Park of Inver Grove Heights. Otherwise, it's very nice and they encourage getting involved. It's an independent living and they have activities going on like bingo, exercise rooms, wood shops, and craft rooms. They have both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. It was a volunteer who showed me around the community. They have a library and a game room. There's a woodshop, but that wasn't my interest, so I didn't pay much attention to it. There's lots going on there and at that place, they want you to get involved. They have a little bit of an outdoor area with a patio and picnic tables and things like that. I thought it was very well maintained.
