Park at Franklin Senior Living was an extremely nice place. There are lots of well-kept community areas and lots of different options for the residents to gather and relax. They had a lounge where they could go and listen to music, a nice library, and a craft room. The dining area was nice, too. The person that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and personable. My mother was actually very interested in the place. The price they offer was good. Unfortunately, we left several messages and they never called her back, even though they said that they would have some units becoming available in the next two or three weeks. So, that was a turn off. We ended up touring another place after that and decided on that other place. I also went back to the facility after 5 and I was not pleased that there was no one at the front desk when there seemed to be a lot of people coming in and out of the facility. So, security seemed lax to me.

Park at Franklin Senior Living was a nice community, but it wasn't a good fit for my mom. The amenities were minimum to none. As far as the facility, it wasn't the best. The kitchen was closed, so we weren't allowed to taste the food. The staff were nice. We didn't feel comfortable. It was okay, but it wasn't for our mom. We only got to see the model room, so, of course, the model at any facility is going to be staged. It was decorated nicely. The staff who gave the tour was nice and professional.

The Park at Franklin Senior Living was very friendly. The place was clean and the staff was extremely nice and easy to get along with. The meals looked nice and fulfilling. They gave me a schedule of activities that they had which includes Wii sports, movies and popcorn, yoga, and bingo. Looked like they were having a good time. Their rooms were also nice and airy.

I had an in-person tour of Park at Franklin Senior Living. What I liked best was it was more independent than I thought it would be. I didn't see too much negative stuff at all. Everything was good. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean. I didn't live far from here, so I'm familiar with the area. I think the familiarity was pretty good for me.

We've chosen this community for my mother, and we're hoping to move her this March. It was great, it was nice, it was somewhere I felt comfortable with her being. It is spacious. They have different apartment types, and it was nice. It's almost like a senior apartment. They had a library, salon, and dining area. It looked very nice. The staff is very nice.

It was a facility that kinda fit my dad's needs. He really doesn't need any type of services as of yet. He's still pretty much independent so this gives an opportunity to still be independent. From what I'm seeing, it's pretty much self-explanatory. They do a wellness check to make sure that he's OK. The room is fine. It's enough to live independently without having shared rooms or anything like that. They have activities, but right now due to COVID, a lot of stuff has been shut down, but they have like different movie nights and bistros, they have painting, and checkers, cards and games, and stuff like that. I really haven't had that much of interaction with them as of yet. From what I've seen so far, they are timely. From what I've seen as far as the menu and the kitchen and the staff, I haven't tried the food as of yet, so I can't really say too much about it. From what I've seen, everything is clean, it has enough like fruits and vegetables and everything, so it's real balanced, which I like. I really can't say 'cause I haven't tasted anything yet.

It was lovely, and I loved it. The staff and the residents I met were nice. The dining room is beautiful and the food is delicious. They showed me several apartments and they were nice. It's just wonderful. They gave me a list of activities.
