I toured Woodlands Senior Living of Waterville and I liked the appearance of the various independent living options that they offer for me. The grounds were very neatly cared for and manicured, and the rooms are the appropriate size for my need, and it was laid out very conveniently. The staff was most helpful with an answer to all the questions that I had to ask her. I have not tried any meal due to the time limit; I only had a short period time. They have two dining rooms where they have one for independent living and another one for the assisted living. The one that I visited was the one for independent living and it was very nicely laid out with tables and chairs. The decor was very pleasant, too, and it was very, very well appointed. They have a game room with those various activities going on there, basically board games. On Tuesday nights, an activity director holds a bingo game, which is very, very well attended. The staff was very, very pleasant and very, very knowledgeable about the different living options.
