Brightview Danvers was very nice. They have both independent and assisted living there. They're very pleasant and welcoming. I found everything about it very nice aesthetically. The people were very nice and very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. The facility itself was nice. There was outdoor space and there were little patios or balconies. It's centrally located, so it's near everything. There's plenty of shopping nearby. The price is a little bit high and that's one of the reasons why my aunt chose to stay with family for right now (the lack of availability of units that are in her price range). The staff was very pleasant. It's very pretty inside and out. They have bingo, movies, a hair salon, and a van available on the assisted living side. In independent living, you're in an apartment, but you have access to those if you want.

My father moved into Brightview Danvers. He's in independent living, but I think they're doing a great job. They have exercise classes, shopping trips, there's happy hours at a pub, and live music. His room is modestly-sized, and beautifully clean. The menu is excellent, and the dining room is beautiful. It's not a huge facility, but they have an exercise area, which is nice, a movie theater, and an activity room, so overall, I would say it's excellent. The best part is that the people who work there are really caring and genuine people.

We visited Brightview of Danvers, and I think this is a great facility. I really like this facility, and the location is very convenient and very good, but it's not surrounded by beautiful greens. We looked at a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, and it has a balcony, which is really nice. It has a good kitchen. They have a movie theatre and a gym. The people are very nice, and the food is very good.
