The Vincent…beautiful, new construction well appointed facility. The staff however is young, inexperienced and completely unresponsive to concerns or problems raised by residents. The housekeeping staff does a minimal, half-way job of cleaning. The wait to order meals is generally in the 15-20 minute range. And it can take up to an hour to be served said meal. More often than not brought incomplete or not at all as ordered. Anything regarding services is woefully lacking. And there seems to be no concern by management to make things better.

I went to the independent cottages of The Vincent Senior Living to visit a friend of mine. The facility is not just in one building, so it's not an institutional type of setting; it's like you're going to a townhouse. I think you have to buy your cottage and just move into a different level of care as you need. It's like a condo, where you have two units attached together and there's grass in between, and then there are two more units next to it. So it's not connected, but they provide services, and they will eventually have more, since they've only been open for about a year and are still building some of the cottages. However, I don't think their amenities, like the meeting rooms, the cafeteria, the dining hall, or the rooms that they use for entertainment are quite finished yet. The location was fine. It had gated access, so it felt safe, and it was very attractive and well put together.
