I liked my tour of the Wichita Presbyterian Manor, it's a nice place. It's like a resort-style place, they have lots of activities and they had the nicest apartments. I liked their apartments, they're the best. The 1-bedroom apartment is 1000 square feet, and it's by far the roomiest and nicest one I've looked at among those I've visited. The place was nice, it looked really clean and ready to go. The staff who gave the tour was nice. I didn't eat there but the dining area is a nice, upscale restaurant. They have a big indoor swimming pool, and recreation area, it's a big difference from the other place I saw.

My mom is an independent living resident. I feel very comfortable with the level of care and attention she receives. She is happy there, her apartment is beautiful, she has made many friends, and participates in many activities the Manor plans for them. I would highly recommend it whether your parent needs a lot of care, or minimal care, it is a great place for them to live. She knows many of the staff, they are always so friendly, they seem to know everyone, and call the residents by their names. It definitely feels like home.
