Tanglewood Trace was one level all around. It's very nice. It had patios, grills, and all those kinds of things. Shawna toured us around and she was very nice, too. She was even going to give my sister a discount for two months. The food looked very good when we were going by it. They have two dining rooms. They have three meals a day and they have a breakfast bar that's always open with cereals, juices, and water that the residents on either side can get. They also have a beauty shop, card games, board games, libraries, and all kinds of stuff like that.

I visited Tanglewood Trace. They had a lot of opportunities for their residents. They had an individual patio, so they could walk outside. It was a nice place. I went to look at the independent living. They also have assisted living in a different wing. They have a walking club. They have activities, and they do bingo. They have something going on every day. There are a lot of things you can choose from to do. The rooms have a stove and refrigerator. The staff that gave the tour was very friendly and informative. She took me around and showed me everything. I saw the apartments. There were some activities that the residents could participate in. There's also an atrium area.

I like that Tanglewood Trace was clean, and there were lots of staff. I liked that it was welcoming and friendly. They had lots of residents. It was like they were at home, rather than a facility. It was a beautifully kept up facility. I think you had to bring everything. They showed me an apartment or a unit. It was empty. However, they have facilities there with the kitchen, the washer and dryer, and things like that. The person who took us around was very informative and welcoming. The grounds were kept up, too.

We visited Tanglewood Trace yesterday. It was great. Very positive. The staff members were very friendly. The apartments were very, very nice. I was surprised it's an older facility. The staff said they were built between 1979 and 1989, but they had all updated appliances, which were very appealing. They did not have a washer and dryer in the apartments. The dining area was more like fine dining with tablecloths and everything. We didn't see much of the outdoor spaces, it was a hot day, but what we saw was very well kept up. The location is also great. It's a wonderful location.

We visited Tanglewood Trace. It was very nice; it's probably our second choice. The amenities were pretty much the same as the others, but a little bit spread out, and there was more room inside the building. It has a very nice atmosphere, the dining area was large, very nice, and there's another area where you can have a light breakfast.

We liked the services and people at Tanglewood Trace. They had quite a few activities like Bingo, cards, a live band once a week more set to their age group, and Happy Hour. They'd serve 2 or 3 meals depending on which side you're on. They had transportation services so long as you'd schedule that beforehand. The staff is very informative, nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Our experience at Tanglewood Trace was wonderful. They were very gracious. I had my grandson with me, which they were really nice about. Everything was clean and peaceful. There were a lot of sitting areas, and people seemed comfortable and happy. Everybody greeted me, so it was really nice. The dining area was very pleasant looking and inviting. I liked it a lot. The apartment had almost a full kitchen area, a big living area, a nice-sized bedroom, a handicap-accessible bathroom, and closet spaces, so it was nice. It was on the first floor, so it had sliding doors to the outside. They had many amenities, activities, food, and laundry included in the price. The activity director told me that somebody wanted to start a bridge club. They had shuttle transportation to local shopping, theaters, and things like that.

My husband has stayed at Tanglewood Trace several times for respite stay. It’s about the only place in town that does one or two days; the other places want two weeks or more to stay. He has his own one-bedroom apartment. It’s beautiful. The staff is very, very nice. We were invited to go a Dyngus Celebration, and we went and had dinner there. It was a very nice place. The meals are included in his stay and I get complimentary meals when he stays. The meals are very good food. The rates are very good too. They have all kinds of stuff. They have the normal bingo, they have happy hour, and they have movies. A lot of the residents, they like to get out of their rooms and sit in the common areas and just talk. They play cards too and they go on trips to Wal-Mart, Dollar Store and things like that every week.

I was really pleased with my visit to Tanglewood Trace. I liked the facility. Everything was on one floor, and there was a very nice atrium. The food service and everything in general was very pleasing. I think my mom would have enjoyed it there. They had a nice calendar of events and had a party going on while I was there. They go to the grocery store, shopping stores, and the doctors' offices. They are allowing Mom to take her dog with her. It seemed to be a friendly environment.
