TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE. THEY JUST WANT TO FILL OPEN BEDS. ONCE YOU WALK AWAY THEY GIGGLE BEHIND YOUR BACK ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY CANT STAND YOUR LOVED ONES. FOOD IS ALL FROZEN GARBAGE. ROOMS ARE OUT OF DATE & INACCESSIBLE FOR HANDICAPS. STAFF IS DIFFICULT TO REACH AND EVEN NORE DIFFICULT TO GET ANSWERS FROM. MY MOTHER DID NOTHING BUT ROT IN HER ROOM

My mom has been living here for 6 years now. She moved in when she was very independent. She has needed more help as the years have passed. They have given me the options i need to assist her a small amount and allow me to provide most of her care. She loves it there! Making new friends and having people she can visit has been the best thing for her. For me i have a much better peace of mind knowing she is safe. I don't have to worry about power outages or meals for her. I also know if she falls that she has an emergency call system to get help. They staff have always been so nice and helpful. Lastly they did a wonderful job during covid!

My sister lives in Pines Village, and its a very nice place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have card games, bridge, exercise room, puzzles. and they go take a bus and go out to eat and do different things. They also have a beauty parlor and a gym. I think it’s fine and good. It’s clean. I guess it’s fairly large. I thought it had a homey atmosphere.
