Garden Place Columbia was smaller and had less flexibility for the residents in what they wanted to do. We wanted to be able to go over there and visit my sister and then eat with her, which was fine there, but they had to have a couple of hours' notice before we could have a meal with her.
Their rooms were also much smaller and fairly dark. There weren't a lot of outside windows or anything, but other than that the staff was wonderful and the residents seemed very happy. I wouldn't have had any hesitation to place my sister there. The facilities were very clean and the layout was easy for someone to navigate.

Garden Place of Columbia was very decent. The girl walked me around and actually talked to one of the residents more than I did to her. The place was spacious and very clean. They had a snack bar with soda and whatever drinks they wanted always open during the day, so they could go over there anytime if they wanted something to eat.
