I noticed there is no security past the entry door. I witnessed a resident assault a person with me standing at the elevator. I called 911 for assistance.

I visited Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach. The inside was nice, but they need to change the hallway carpet. The apartments were clean, they were a nice size. I looked at the studio and the 1-bedroom. They're doing construction on the street, and there's a lot of bushes and trees on the property. It wasn't inviting, but once I was in, it was fine. The staff was nice, the clients were nice, everyone smiled, and spoke. The environment inside was good, but the outside needed improvement. She gave me a calendar with monthly activities, they have bingo, they have several people come in to do haircuts, and they take you to the store a couple of times a week. The washing facilities are free, and they have a nice community room.

The neighborhood where Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach is located isn't the best, but it's convenient to us. They need to have more staff because their office is mostly closed, and if you need something, they're short-staffed. The janitor is really great because if something needs fixing, he comes and fixes it right away. The rooms are small, and the only amenity they have is a washer and dryer at every corner for free. They don't have activities for the residents.

Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach is a lovely facility. I would recommend it for anyone's loved ones. It's nice, clean, hospitable, and friendly place. The staff is very lovely. The grounds and location are perfect. We're very familiar with South Shore neighborhood, so we love it. My mother has a one-bedroom with a kitchen setup and a living room. It's really cute and dainty. She loves it and cooks for herself. Each resident is able to continue to do services for themselves. They have bingo and go to the store. The pricing is fine, and the gas and lights are included.

My father moves into Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach. It is very nice. They have activities like bingo and senior outings. The dining area is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice, respectful, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are clean, organized, and spacious. It is a nice a quiet area, and it is really safe.

Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach was nice. The guy who assisted me was very nice and tried to work with me. It was in a nice location on the south side by the South Shore Drive. I liked the setup of the dining area, the library, and the computer room. The staff was wonderful. It would be nice if they had a gym or a workout room or an activity room with pool tables and stuff like that.

The facilities at Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach were great and clean. The studio that we looked at seemed pretty nice and spacious, but it wasn’t enough for me because I need a one-bedroom. The washroom and kitchen were nice.

Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach was nice. The people were very nice, but the apartment and bathroom was too small. My appointment was at 10:00 and the manager was not there, so I had to wait. The grounds and amenities were beautiful.

I visited Senior Suites for my mother. The person who showed me the place was professional. She showed me one unit. It was a Sunday, so everything was closed, and I couldn’t see any activity at all. The room itself was more like a studio, and it was in transition, so it hadn’t been cleaned up.

The staff of Senior Suites was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment, but she still showed me the place. They did have activities, but I didn’t see any, and they have small rooms. There’s a train that runs along the street, and it’s very noisy.

Senior Suites is a very nice facility for seniors. The rooms are very nice. They're big enough for one senior or a senior couple who are not going to just stay in their little apartment. It's 900 sq.ft. at best for 1-bedroom. You will have a nice community room that you can go in. You will have nice TV rooms, so there are some options for your apartment. You can leave your apartment and go out there to the cafeteria.
