We will be moving to Park Vista Retirement Living North Hill. The tour was good, everybody was nice, the place was very clean, and the apartment that we're getting is really nice. The place itself looks really nice and some parts are pretty fancy. We'll be getting a one-bedroom, and when we move in there the meals will be provided twice a day. They have a beauty shop and barber shop, they have amenities, and all kinds of stuff. They have a place to exercise, a library, and what they call a pub. They have lots of different places and things to do there, so it's just nice. The guy that showed us around was very, very nice, and very accommodating. We get a housekeeper every other week, the utilities are included, and all the meals are included.

We like Park Vista Retirement Living a lot. I liked the gal who showed us around, and I liked that it's larger than the other one we toured. It was clean. I wish I could have seen more of it, but because of COVID, we could only see a couple of empty apartments. The hallways were very clean, and there were no weird smells, and I liked that. I only talked with one lady, and she was great. The facility was bigger, and it was more of a complex. The other facility was more homey, but that doesn't matter much to me. It was also well kept.

Park Vista was pretty nice. The rooms were a little small, but they're OK and clean enough. The staff members were nice. Of course, they're trying to sell the place, but they were good. I didn't see all the facilities. I just went to a couple of rooms and looked. I didn't tour the grounds or go into the kitchen area. There was nobody eating right there because all of the tables were pushed against the wall because of Covid. There were no events going on or anything, so I didn't really get to see a lot of the things that they would do normally for seniors. The dining area was a restaurant type thing.

Apartment nice, good view, not enough closet space but rooms nice size full frig. And stove enough cupboards.Food don’t know about, presenter a little cold. Of the 3 I looked at Palmer was friendliest, cleanest, rooms best in size and offered the most amenities. New perspective and Palmer both called me after tour park vista did not,

We went to Park Vista. The apartments were very nice and clean, but there were lots of them, so it would be very hard for a 90-plus person to find their way around. It was very confusing going up and down the elevator. It was after the lunch hour that we visited, and people were going back into their apartments from the cafeteria. Some of them were coming back from a bus trip where it had taken them to an off-property restaurant for lunch that day. The dining area was very confusing. It was a long way from the apartments to the cafeteria. Well, the staff members were very nice, and they had a small library and a small game room.

My mom thought Park Vista was perfect. They had better sized rooms than others in the area. They all had a patio or balcony. The person who accommodated us was very pleasant and very nice. The dining area looked clean. The apartment was definitely homey. Residents were playing games. They were very accommodating.

Park Vista is probably the best. It is favored by myself and my brothers. We had a good interaction with the staff members. The dining area is very nice. Activities are standard-like but they are the ones that keep the residents active and keep them from going outside the place. The place is very clean, too.

We looked at Park Vista. It had assisted living and independent living. The residents weren't as friendly as the people at the other community I saw. The living quarters were bigger, but they only had meals twice a day, not three times a day. Their dining area was mediocre; it wasn't a friendly atmosphere. Their dining area was down in the basement so you couldn't look outside to enjoy the view when you're eating a meal.

My parents enjoy living here. The apartment are nice sizes, small full kitchen, and free services include transportation, activities (many to choose from), nurse on call, security, and medic alert. You choose your meal plans. My parents enjoyed interacting with the other residents who were pleasant. They took part in activities such as playing cards, movies, special themed events, Weight Watchers, manicure/pedicure, hair salon, and more. The staff was very caring and responsive to their needs.
