The Fountains at Crystal Lake was a very nice place. It was an older facility. When we looked at things like the chairs in the dining room, they were worn. The people were very nice. The staff was congenial and caring. The visit was pleasant. This facility did not have laundry in each unit, and that is one of my wants. They had their calendar filled with gracious activities for seniors.

I recently moved my Uncle to the Fountains and in the short time that he’s been there, he truly is THRIVING! He’s part of a card club, enjoying the stretching classes and meeting new friends every day! He loves the food – especially the omelets! The entire staff has been so warm & welcoming and always willing to help with a smile on their face. Sending a huge thank you to you all!

My dad is over in The Fountains at Crystal Lake, and I have been there a few times. It's a large spread out building with three floors. My dad is on the second floor, but at least they have an elevator. It seems alright. They have a place there that's practically like a restaurant, but it is not used too much right now because of the COVID. I like the place. Sometimes they invite people to come on holidays to join their residents in the restaurant, we have done that and that was nice. The friend that I'm helping look for a place is considering The Fountains at Crystal Lake, but he was kind of concerned about the price. He was hoping that he could get some help with that.
For the holidays, they did pretty well with the food. As far as every day goes, my dad kind of complains about it at times. There are some things that he is dissatisfied with there. He has in the past participated in the activities, but I'm not sure what they're doing now because of the pandemic.

The Fountains at Crystal Lake is clean, the people are friendly, and the staff takes care of my mother. She's very happy and enjoys the place very much. The people there all seem pleasant and she has had no complaints. Her room is basically like a hotel except you furnish it yourself, and she has a small kitchenette. They provide three meals and they have a bus that takes her into town so she can go to Walmart or get a haircut if she wants to. They also have a haircut facility in the community as well. My mother also likes the food. They could use another elevator. It's a three-story building with lots of people and only two elevators, and everyone uses the elevators. They go on outings and trips, bingo, and other activities.

The Fountains at Crystal Lake is beautiful. I don't have complaints with them, and I'm quite impressed, except that the price is expensive. The staff is wonderful and pleasant. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

This is an awesome place. Was sent there after my triple by-pass surgery. These are very caring, cheerful, helpful people. Their food also is very good. They try to do whatever you ask to keep you happy and comfortable. I had no bad experiences with them. It is a beauiful place, with different levels of living.

The Fountains at Crystal Lake is a bit older compared to the other 2 communities we visited. It's older but really nice. The apartment that we saw were from a friend of my parents-in-law. They had a friend living there, so we didn't actually get a tour from a staff. We just visited a friend who was living there. We saw her apartment but she had one of the smaller unit. I supposed it's still called a studio, but it didn't have room dividers. We did eat there and the food is good. She's very happy there. I would recommend it to others.
