Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is an amazing place, but it doesn't feel right for me. The staff is very good. I felt like all the residents going around the place were dressed up to go to a party. We had lunch there and it was very nice. I had the lemon chicken with rice and artichoke hearts and it was quite nice. They had 2 dining areas, one was a restaurant and the other one was a dining hall. They have a pool and a lot of aquatic classes. They have a golf course. They have a garden where you can take care of your own plants. The place is huge, but it is very nice and very clean. The people walking around are very friendly.

We have been living here for about 15 months. The fees were high but we liked the options. Many if them are not available due to Covid which cannot be helped. However, the food quality has been getting worse over the last year. Even though we used to get a 'complimentary' breakfast, that is no longer the case. The meal choices are extremely poor. High carbs, high fat, high salt and very little salad choice and the prices are now a la carte and very high for the quality. Very little fresh fruit or vegetables. The service generally gets good marks but the kitchen we rate as very poor. We get a lot of apologies for poor quality from the kitchen but no improvement noted so far. They clean every two weeks and the two people are given an hour to clean a two bedroom, two bath house. Even though they work the whole time, means several missed places and anything other than the obvious areas accumulate dust. The maintenance staff is timely. We were told outside maintenance was included and in general that is true but we are doing our own weeding since there is little effort to keep them under control. This place is attractive to look but is definitely not living up it's promises. We have two couples who were thinking of moving here but I now are recommending no to them based about 70% on the food plan.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village was nice and new, but it's way too fancy for my mother-in-law. She was not impressed. The staff was cordial, friendly, and helpful. They had apartments and you can buy a house across the street, and they're all nice. We saw a library and an exercise room.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village had a fitness center and a little bit of everything to do there. The staff was outstanding. They treat you like a person and not a number, were very knowledgeable, and when you walk in, they're right there to take care of you. The rooms were great and carpeted. They're everything you expect to find. They have a golf course, and we belong to their fitness club now because they're allowing non-members to join. We visited one of our friends there who was in her 90s, and they check on her every day and made sure she was OK. I think everyone who's there wouldn't have to worry about anything.

The people in Touchmark were inviting and friendly. It was incredibly clean but too expensive.

Meadow Lake Village is beautiful. I love it. Actually my husband has stayed there for a week to find out what it was like. They were really, really good. I would recommend this facility, but you would have to have a lot of money. Well the rooms, you can get any size you want, and they were very good. The people were so helpful and very nice. They did wonderful things. They would go to community plays, they would go to all the things that are around here, and they would go for trips up the mountain. They were excellent.

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is a community within itself, and probably the largest one around. It’s beautiful, with many buildings in there, but it’s very expensive. It’s right at the back of the hospital. It tends to be a very active community. In fact they invite people from out of the community all the time. A week hasn’t gone by that I don’t get an invitation from them for a celebration. They have a one or two bedroom apartments. They have beautiful single homes too. I was in love with the houses. They have great kitchens and high-quality appliances. The people are quite nice. They give you a guided tour and talk about all the amenities. The food is fine.
