The people that run Holiday Palmer Hills have been super nice and super easy to work with. They've been excellent. They encouraged mom a lot to make the change a little easier. Her room is nice. I think it's perfect for her needs and she seems to like it. We did a few touch-ups before she moved in and they got that done right away. They helped her out, like getting her cable TV and internet worked. So they've been pretty good so far. She says the food is good. They got a restaurant-style dining area and it seems very clean and nice. They have a calendar of events that she can participate in if she wants to. It's just an older building, but nothing major. As far as the price goes, they've done pretty well and they even worked with us.

The people, the building, and everything about Silvercrest Garner Retirement Community was all very nice. They're a lot newer and seemed to be very well taken care of. The apartments were very nicely conditioned. The lady that gave the tour was super nice.

Silvercrest was a pretty nice facility, but all of the rooms were small. The visit was good, and the staff was excellent. I didn't really look at the dining area because all the tables were pushed out of the way, so they didn't want a bunch of people sitting in there. They were bringing meals to the rooms. The rooms had small kitchens and bathrooms.

I liked everything at Silvercrest Garner. The facility was clean and well maintained, and the staff were fine.

I moved to Silvercrest Garner in May of 2013 after a stroke. The fascilities are very nice and staff are friendly and always there to help residents Transportation is available for residents for medical appointments and other needs. The garage is beneath the building. Apartments are large.enough to not to feel cramped and windows are large. The dining experience is very nice with tables for four or more Guests are welcome My experience is like being part of a large family..I would recommend Silvercrest Garner without reservation.

Mom is currently living at Silvercrest, for a couple of weeks now, and she was very pleasantly surprised with their apartments. There are several different styles and sizes. There was one that she really liked, and it was available, and that is the reason why she chose this facility. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. So far, they have been extremely helpful, and every time she asks questions or requires anything, they have been very prompt in responding or giving her what she needs. Mom eats dinner there, and she enjoys the food. They have quite a few activities available, but Mom has not participated in any of them yet.
