I did a tour of MainStreet Breckinridge, and I loved everything about them. They were excellent. The apartments were nice. It was my preference, I wanted to go there. The only thing I didn't like, was they didn't provide any of the type of stuff with the independent like that, but they weren't that type of facility. The place itself was very nice, and the apartments were very nice. The only problem I had with them is, that they are first come, first serve. So, I was in contact with them constantly and even to the point where the woman told me they had one apartment. She doesn't work on a weekend, and I was talking to her late on a Friday. She told me that she couldn't work the weekend, but she said she would be there at 8:00 the next morning. I got up and got there, and she just kind of met me and says, "Oh, it's already gone." I wasn't too happy because I felt like since she doesn't work the weekend, there was no way that you could have done anything. I had talked to her about three or four times, she could have given me the courtesy of just calling me back and saying, "Hey, you know what? It is first come, first serve. When they come in, the apartment is gone." I drove from Dunwoody to Duluth, and to be there at 8:00 in the morning, you know, I wasn't happy with that, I just felt like they lack customer service. They're fairly new, and their apartments were very nice. The tour was fine, even the location of the apartments and stuff, the facility, and the outside, were very well kept; All of that was a five. It just kind of didn't meet my standards for customer service. They have a swimming pool.
