What I like about Presbyterian Village was that this facility was a little older, so the landscaping was mature, and it wasn't in a buildup position. The trees were blossoming out and it was very nice. A very close friend of mine and his wife (who has since passed) is residing there. He was a very prominent architect in Atlanta, a long-time friend, and a neighbor. We had a nice tour. The problem was that we would not choose it because of its location. The traffic in Austell is terrible. The traffic was just too much for us older folks to handle, so you'd be pretty much confined. It's a lovely place. I was especially impressed by the concern they had with the COVID. They pay their staff well enough to retain and have a high-quality staff. Our exposure with the staff was first-rate. We did not have lunch there because they were not planning to serve outsiders because of the pandemic, so I can't rate anything other than the consultant they assigned to host us, and her response was very positive, and she was very helpful. We looked at a couple of the cottages and we liked what we saw, but we were not going to choose that, so we didn't go any further.
