The Mansions at Sandy Springs features all-inclusive senior independent living (spacious one and two bedrooms available) with all utilities paid including gas, water, electricity, trash, local phone, expanded basic cable and Internet. These large apartments feature spacious closets, washer and dryers in every apartment, walk-in showers, gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, and private patio/balconies and includes housekeeping and maintenance services, three chef-prepared meals daily (Monday – Saturday with breakfast and brunch Sunday) and transportation services to medical appointments, outings, errands and shopping -- all for one price!

I'll be moving into Mansions at Sandy Springs. It's a lovely place. It's very spacious, but I particularly chose it because it has a balcony that overlooks green grass and trees. It is so nice. They have lots of activities, which is something I was looking for, and the people are friendly: the people that run it and the people who live there. The food is OK. I wasn't really impressed because I only had one meal. The facility is a medium sized. It's not too large. It's only four floors high. There's plenty of space for people and things to do. The room is like an apartment, but a nice apartment. They're only about maybe three or four years old. They're very spacious, and it is a fair price.
The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. It's pretty sensibly laid out. Three meals are included in the price. They have exercise, Bible study, happy hour, and live music sometimes. They take us shopping, and they take people to doctor's appointments.

An amazing independent living facility! The staff is exceptional and they truly care about their tenants. Everyone - including the Director, housekeeping staff, food and beverage team, activities manager and driver - is amazing with such a caring attitude. We are so grateful for Debbie and her team, and our family couldn't be happier with my Mom's 'home'.

My Mother moved into the Mansions at Sandy Springs (which is virtually right next to Peachtree Corners) the first month it opened. The facility is beautiful, the staff are all warm and friendly, and basically like family to all of the residents. Every apartment has its own balcony or patio. The activities are fantastic. This is a place where everyone can find new friends, and feel right at home and stay as busy as they want to. My mother loved living here for the past 5 years. She has moved next door to the Mansions Assisted Living and it is just as wonderful as the Independent Living!!

My mom lives at Sandy Springs and just loves it. She downsized from a 3,000 square foot home and I didn't think she would like a 2 bedroom, but she has fallen in love with her pretty apartment, the staff and all her new friends. Everyone there treats her like a queen -- the staff is so well trained and helpful to her. All she has to do is to ask and her they come! I feel very good knowing that she is so well taken care of and that she lives closer to me and the grandkids -- I visit her about every other day.

My father is in The Mansions. It is very clean, nice, and brand new. The staff seems to get on things right away. Everything that somebody will need is included in the fees. The food is decent. It is more affordable, but it seems a little scattered in a few things.
