Do not let the sales reps fool you. The place looks nice and paints a pretty picture. In the last several years, there have been 4 or 5 Executive Directors (none seem to stay). Currently no housekeeping or maintenance services (they keep quitting too). Activities consist of watching the lazy activity director; little participation. The food is slightly better than military slop. Not enough servers so you have to wait a long time for service. The rent WILL increase 10-15% per year. Be cautious.

I love my apartment. I love the activities that are planned for us. I have made great lifelong friends here. The staff is great! The meals are always on time and are good to eat. The servers are great!

The staff is No. 1. I love my apartment and the locations and views from my balcony. The staff is so friendly and honest. They will always help you no matter when or how you need them. They make you feel loved. Chef Kim is outstanding!

Mansions at Alpharetta was nice, welcoming, and warm. They were very courteous. The dining area looked clean and upscale. They had art classes and good exercise activities.

The staff at Mansions at Alpharetta was very friendly and helpful. The community was brand new, so everything was lovely. The dining area was very nice. They have most anything you want like trips, exercise, and bingo.
