Opening in Fall of 2020, Holbrook Woodstock offers Active Adult Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care which consists of spacious luxurious residences. With proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, residents will have plenty of options to suit their personal lifestyles. True to the Holbrook mantra of Inspiring Wonder, an array of full services and luxury amenities will be offered that focuses on whole-body wellness in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Independent Living:

Independent living is for active adults who enjoy a high level of self-sufficiency. In independent living communities, adults can enjoy interacting and sharing memorable moments together with quality life enrichment programming and can count on top quality care and assistance when they need it—while still maintaining a high degree of independence.

Assisted Living:

Assisted living is ideal for adults who face difficulty completing day-to-day chores on their own, or who have been relying more and more on care from family members. Assisted living provides a private room or suite and a high degree of personal freedom, but with all daily care activities provided by staff. This includes meals, medication management and assistance with bathing and personal hygiene. Assisted living can greatly improve an adult’s day-to-day happiness by relieving them of difficult chores and providing them with a social environment.

Memory Care:

Memory care is a specialized form of assisted living for individuals coping with dementia or Alzheimer’s. I toured The Holbrook of Woodstock. The whole place was beautiful. It's only two years old, so it's very modern and very spacious. The whole thing was just very nicely laid out all throughout the building. It had a beauty salon, an indoor pool, and a hydrotherapy pool. It had a theater and several restaurants. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. She was a very pleasant lady. The dining room was nice, and our dining experience was wonderful.

The Holbrook of Woodstock was outstanding, their facilities, and the people there. Kelly was the Community Relations Director who took us around. It's a beautiful facility, people stopped and said hello to us. They have lots of amenities. We liked that facility. You can't go wrong, everything is there. It's a beautiful facility. The people were just lovely and very welcoming. This is a hard time for us to make this decision, so it was nice to feel very comfortable there. The facility is gorgeous. They had a beauty/barber salon. They had two chairs for pedicures. You could get a manicure and get your haircut. You could get massages. They had physical therapists that could come in. They would address things that we would be looking for.

We will move into The Holbrook of Woodstock next month. The entire facility is outstanding. The place is immaculate. The people are outstanding. The facilities could not be beaten, the facilities they provide are outstanding, and you could not ask for more. In addition to the usual amenities, they have physical therapy facilities and an indoor swimming pool.

We had a good tour at the Holbrook of Woodstock. The person who conducted the tour was relatively new; but nonetheless, quite thorough. We're primarily interested in independent living, but we also looked at the other level, which is assisted living. We went into the kitchen and saw the menu, but we did not try the food. It's spacious and nicely laid out. There are lots of places that you could go and eat. We went to at least two restaurants there. The facility looks very new. It's nicely maintained. They had one water leak in the place, but they were working on that. The facility was nice in terms of the layout and the care that they give the building and maintenance. The tour was well done, professionally done. The person who conducted the tour was reasonably enthusiastic about doing it and answering our questions.

Holbrook of Woodstock was a beautiful community. The tour was amazing. They had nice facilities. They were new and we really enjoyed that tour. It's a nice-sized property and they offer a lot of amenities. We also had lunch there and it was amazing too. The staff and the apartments were great. Joy was absolutely amazing and they offered so many different things there.

I have only seen the cottages at The Holbrook of Woodstock because the building wasn't open yet. They have 16 cottages, and of their private cottages there are only 2 large 3-bedrooms. They're beautiful, very well-equipped, and the whole place is very nice. It's fairly expensive as well, it's around $6,000 a month for a couple but everything is included. They're going to have many things, and you get 700 for food at their restaurant. They have 3-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and 1-bedroom apartments, and the price would depend on the apartment that you have. It's very nice. Everything was discussed during the tour, and we asked questions. The place itself was very attractive.
