About This Community
Magnolia Place is the healthcare center of The Spires at Berry College which is a CCRC. We welcome new residents have no affiliation with Berry College and they don't have to have started in our independent living to move into one of our healthcare neighborhoods. Magnolia Place does not operate with an entrance fee so new residents can join assisted living or memory care with a $1500 one time community fee. There is also skilled nursing and short term rehab on site. Our director of memory care has been working with residents with Alzheimer's, Dementia and other memory issues for over 20 years and she is a certified dementia care practitioner. All of the staff in our memory care neighborhood receive additional training specifically equipping them to care for residents with memory impairments. It is their desire that our residents enjoy peace, a beautiful environment, a feeling of well being and belonging.

I visited The Spires just last month. It's new, it's beautifully decorated, it offers all the amenities you'd want, and the staff in there were great. It's just very expensive.
We saw one room; it seemed nice and adequate. Nothing extraordinary, just a nice room.
They have a pool, gym, and a salon. They also have a snack-bar kind of thing where you can buy snacks during the day if you want.
They have a large dining room and a chef.
