The Brennity at Vero Beach is fantastic and super accommodating. They were able to get my dad in quickly and offered him a couple of options. They were just amazing. It's a wonderful place. It's super clean. The staff is super friendly as well as the residents. We couldn't have asked for anything better. His room is spacious with lots of windows and lots of light. It's impeccably clean. I liked that it has all the appliances he needs, including a microwave and a washer-dryer right in the unit (which are all managed by the facility). If something breaks, they take care of it. When he moved in, they put on a fresh coat of paint and brand new carpeting. Everything's included, like all utilities (except for Wi-Fi). They have a ton of activities for all levels of people, especially exercise classes (depending on how active someone is). They have someone who works in the gym that can help them figure out what activity level they are or what classes they like. My dad had been exercising for a couple of months because he had some physical issues and she suggested one class that might be better for him. They also have indoor and outdoor pools. He said he loves the meals there and that they're fantastic.

We chose The Brennity at Vero Beach for dad. It was just a nice facility, and the people were friendly. The staff was friendly. The food was good. It was just decorated nicely and appeared to be very clean and well-managed. The staff was very pleasant, very informative, and was able to answer all our questions. The food was presented nicely and tasted very good. They have independent living, and then they have stepped up care when needed. They have alot of entertainment. They were buses for the people living there to take them to doctors. They just offered a lot of different services and activities.

Touring The Brennity at Vero Beach independent living was a very good experience. We learned a lot and the staff made us feel very comfortable. We spoke with somebody by the name of Cindy, she's one of the managers. I can't say enough about the comfort level of talking with her. She made you feel like she was part of your family. We sat down in a living room area when we walked in, and she just sat back comfortably and started talking to us and we asked questions. We just felt so like she was so honest with her answers. They just flowed. Of course, it's a little more expensive there, so that can probably answer why their attentiveness is so good. The difference between what we were looking for here versus the other facility we visited was about $800 more a month. I did like the fact that all rooms were the same price, regardless of where they were located. They have a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and then they have cottages, which we didn't see because we knew we couldn't afford those, but they looked lovely. The place was lovely as we walked in. One of the advantages there are too is that the concierge is 24/7. The other place is only up to maybe 10 o'clock at night. That was one drawback. The facility was very nice, the location was great and it's easy to access for us. Parking isn't the best for those coming to visit, but for the residents, they can have vehicles. That was nice, even though my parents don't have one, that they have that ability. There are a lot of dark wood rails along the corridors, which are nice big corridors, and they have beautiful heavy wood rails so it's very elegant looking. We saw their menu, and their menu was just wonderful. However, they only provide two meals and snacks a day. You get to pick your lunch or dinner as your second meal but you can't have both. They have full kitchens though. The staff said the residents get a pretty good-sized meal that a lot of them take back to their rooms. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, an exercise room, and arts and crafts. They've got people there like instructors and medical staff.

The Brennity at Vero Beach was very nice, it would be my second choice. It was not as good as the other place I toured. The person showing me around was good and there are plenty of volunteers to keep the people busy. The rooms have a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Their rooms look the same as the other place I saw and they also had two pools.

I'm living in The Brennity at Vero Beach. It's very nice. I've been here three years. We have two swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a putting green, and a golf course. You can play golf, bingo, bridge, they have movies, a happy hour, and they take very good care of you. They also have assisted living and memory care, but I find the assisted living too small for me at the moment. I have a two-bedroom two-bathroom house with a garage. It's very nice and comfortable.

I went to The Brennity at Vero Beach in person. It was an attractive facility, but the person who was assigned to me was uncooperative and not very nice. I saw them playing bridge; that's the only activity that I saw. The rooms were nice and clean, but I wouldn't say they were homey. They need to provide more activities and the person assigned to show you around or sell to you has to be more helpful and more cooperative.

Brennity is all excellent promise and little to bad delivery. The buildings are charming and the apartments are roomy, sunny, and have good amenities. The grounds are fenced (but the security gates don't work most of the time.) Landscaping is done regularly. Besides the outdoor heated pool, Brennity has the only indoor heated pool anywhere I know of (but the spots of mold and rust haven't been cleaned walls in the year I've been here.) I finally realized that very few problems get fixed here. The director is nice but senior management appears oblivious to anything except saving money. There is a huge turnover of staff here. The food is pretty to look at but pretty awful to taste. The wait times to get food can take as much as an hour but they rarely hire more wait staff or solve the problems in the kitchen. Many comment that the wait staff has an attitude. Transportation is very good, the maintenance staff cares but work on the property is lacking and very, very, very slow. For instance, there are halls with no AC, many locks don't work, etc. Housekeeping is ok but not great generally. Activities are plentiful though the movie set up is too poor to be usable. When I came, my expectations were that it was a wonderful place to be, but polite requests have not brought needed changes. I think I will leave.

I was very impressed with The Brennity at Vero Beach. If I were to go somewhere, this is where I would go. The apartments were beautiful, the individual homes were gorgeous, and they have memory care. They have a ton of activities. There are so many things that you couldn't possibly do them all. The grounds were gorgeous. They have a pool, an exercise room, and game rooms. It's beautifully decorated, and the dining room was exquisite. I didn't eat there, but the food looked delicious, and it smelled good. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It's outstanding.

My parents moved into The Brennity. It is very clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good. The grounds and location are good. The lobby is attractive. They are staying in a two-bedroom, two-bath with full kitchen, large pantry, and walk-in closets.

The Brennity at Vero Beach was very nice. Everything was immaculate. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was just very nice. They had a full health center with several gyms and 2 pools. There was also a putting green out there. Bingo was going on while I was there. They also had arts and crafts classes and a library. I did not try the food, but the menu looked delightful. The dining area was very pretty and well maintained. It was very nice.

My husband had stayed at The Brennity at Vero Beach for about three months. I was also there for a full month with him. It was an extremely large complex and it had different areas for different kinds of people. My husband was able to have his own apartment there. He had one meal a day. They had a beautiful dining room and we had dinner, but were on your own for breakfast and lunch. They had a library and a large pool. There was another section where people actually had homes. There was like a little village for people who actually had the money to pay for that. They had their own home. There was another section where people needed a lot of help and for people who really needed care.

The Brennity at Vero Beach was very nice. It's just that money is the problem, and we're not quite ready yet. They answered any question we asked them, gave us lunch and a tour, and were very friendly. The rooms were very nice and big enough. The dining area was nice. too. We had a very nice lunch, and the food was good. They have activities, but I think most of them end around six, so there's not much going on at night down there, as I recall.

I liked The Brennity at Vero Beach very much, and I liked the amenities that they offered. The people working there were warm and courteous. We ate there, and the food was good. I saw some indoor activities. I had recommended them to others.

I am living in The Brennity and it's fantastic. I have my own private apartment. I choose a one-bedroom rather than a two-bedroom because the two- bedroom is too big. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and good. The food is very good. I like that it has a pool. I participate in yoga, card games and bingo.
