I went to visit On Top of the World Communities. It was located in a congested area, that's what I didn't like about it. It was a mixture of old and new, and there weren't as many amenities as the one I moved into. They only had limited amenities including a swimming pool and a golf course. The staff members that I met were very nice. I saw single-family homes that are on one level, similar to what I now have. They need to add more amenities.

I toured On Top of the World Communities. It's a gated community, and it's for people 55 years of age and older. They have their own amenities like pools, golf courses, and a couple of restaurants right inside the community itself. It's very nice. It's immaculate. They do their own maintenance, so they take care of their own lawn service, and they sweep street sidewalks. The food is good. I would compare it to any restaurant. They have a program which is like a renewable education where they'll teach courses for a small fee on all kinds of photography, stamp collecting, model railroading, etc. Periodically, they will have trips going to like major sport events and stuff like that. I would give the staff the top rating.

On Top of the World is a very fine community. The houses are very good with a large garage, which is very handy. The rooms are larger and very well laid out. The appearance is much better and the layout seems to be more senior friendly. They do offer a lot of amenities, but of course you pay for it. They have three golf courses. But they're expensive.
