Set in an atmosphere of luxury, The Palace Renaissance has specialized staff and services catering to the needs of residents who are very frail, or suffer from Alzheimer's or dementia.
The goal of The Palace Renaissance is to allow our residents to live life to its fullest, to the maximum of their abilities, within a safe and secure environment. Many programs are provided to encourage residents to socialize and to stimulate them both physically and mentally. Assistance is provided to help residents with the activities of daily living.

The Palace at Kendall is a great place. It has good facilities, it's centrally located, and close to medical centers. They have everything we would want, which is independent living, assisted living, and then memory care all in one place. It has a nice library, a nice dining area, a private dining room, something like a theater, and so on. The rooms are very nice and clean, and it has recently been updated.

My relative is staying at The Palace Suites. They're very good, organized, and caring. The staff is very friendly, well-trained, and they know everybody's names and make the people feel comfortable. The food is pretty good and if they don't like it, they can choose something else. It's just so expensive.

We were very impressed with The Palace Suites. We liked the fact that it was clean, it smelled clean, and it looked clean. The tour guide was wonderful too. The apartments were very nice. We saw a 1-bedroom and its size was adequate. The dining room was clean, neat, and set up nicely. They have tables of four or six. They also have a separate dining area. If you have company, you can take them into the separate dining room or they can stay with you in the dining room, which is nice.

The rooms at the Palace Suites are beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. We got a room for my mom with a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. We like pretty much everything about them. The décor is beautiful and it's spacious. They have activities all day long every day. They take them out. Mom actually had been on two trips already.

The Palace is very nice, and the people were very nice. They have a lot of activities. The staff is very good, they are not just doing their job, but they are happy doing their job. I got a 1-bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen; it’s very nice, and everything is great. You can play bingo, pool, arts and crafts, theater, and trainer for physical therapy. The dining room is beautiful, and they also have a private room if you want to have a private party.
