It is a brand new facility. It's absolutely lovely, state of the art, and all the staffs were very kind. The sales manager was very informative, many people were there and the community was out and about doing things. They had a lot of activities planned for the residents. The place is lovely, I have nothing bad to say about it. The apartments were well-appointed and just very nice. They have cookies and pastries, coffee, all kinds of different coffees available, tea, water, and fruit-infused water. They have a state-of-the-art exercise area, physical therapy, and they have a physician that's there three times a week. They have a beautiful courtyard with a koi pond, and the way they built it, there's actually a breeze and they're constantly. So you can enjoy the outside area and there are places to walk outside. There's a living room area with billiards and all kinds of other different games to play. They have a library, and they have a bar area where they have a happy hour there in the evenings. They offer transportation, I believe it was within ten miles, and they do schedule outings. They take community members to different types of outings like to the zoo and things like that. Because of Covid, they haven't been doing this, but they will be bringing in live entertainment.
