Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood was a very nice place. I would have loved to go there. It's just that I could not afford it. The people were very nice and professional. I saw a two-bedroom with two baths and a nice kitchen with granite counters and nice appliances. They had a nice porch overlooking the outside. I didn't like that the price would go according to the view and the closeness to the elevator. Although you are independent, you're still not that well, and to be that far from the elevator and to be charged more, I didn't see that as a criteria for price.

Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood is a beautiful place. That's the one we were looking at. The apartment was delightful and very nice. Everything else was nice and clean, and the people were friendly. We saw the apartment and we liked it. We came out thinking about it, but we're not sure about what we're going to do yet. The room is quite large, and it has a front room with a balcony, where you can look over the area. It's a very attractive place. The staff who toured us was very good. She was very intelligent. She explained everything in detail, and we understood everything she meant. The dining area looked lovely. The place itself was extremely clean. All we did was looked at the room, talked about the prices and we left. We didn't do anything because my husband is 100 years old. However, she explained everything to us, and she made it very, very interesting.

My first impression of Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood was that it was clean. There weren't people lined up like they were garbage at the front door like at the other facility. We had a chance to look at the apartments. The elevator placement was good. The swimming pool was large and spacious. The people there seemed happy. They seemed to have ample activities. They would provide a bus service to almost every single one of our doctors and had special activities close by for different shopping possibilities. The staff who toured us was OK, but average to me. We had lunch, which was adequate. We would like to go back for dinner to make up our mind for sure.

I found Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood to be very acceptable. Everything's very good. I didn't meet very many people because of the pandemic, but the lady who took me around was very helpful. The room I saw was very nice. They couldn't serve food. They had a pool. They had everything. Everything was very clean, and they seemed to have all the amenities. They're very caring and want to help you. The people that I saw there walking around seemed happy and cheerful.

Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood is assisted living and independent living, and it's the best that it could be. They offer three meals a day, have a swimming pool, therapy, and different activities. I have been staying here for over a year and a half.

My mother has been living happily in the Independent Living side of this residence for over 6 years. The facilities are beautiful and pristine. There are many activities -- including speakers, entertainment, mind-stimulating games, exercise classes, art classes, chorus, outings to plays and movies, van transport to the supermarket, flea market and do to appointments, and others. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The food is pretty good. The population on the Independent Living side tends to be elderly people (mostly 80s and 90s) who might need walkers pt occasional aides but who are pretty high functioning cognitively (bridge games and scrabble, book club) for their age. They also have an Assisted Living section and a Memory Unit. I can't
imagine a better place for my mom.

Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood seemed to have the facility that we like. They had a beautiful dining room, beauty parlor and barber shop. Everything that you could possibly need. We kind of like that place the most.
We met some ladies who interviewed us and take us around. I saw a lady that I happen to know that lives there. It seemed to me like one step above anything else we had seen. Very friendly, very nice and people seemed to be very happy and smiling.
There’s a shopping plaza right nearby. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and the grounds were beautiful too. The dining room was very pretty. It looked like a very it community.

Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood is very nice and everything is good. We tried the food, and it was very good. They have a lot of activities like bingo, cards, music, and different classes. The staff has been very nice and very helpful. I think they are more well kept and cleaner than any others we’ve seen. We like the atmosphere in this facility.

My experience with Five Star Premier Residences of Hollywood is not good. It is all older people, and it is not youthful or alive enough for me. I went to all the activities, and it was well meaning, but it was not on the level that I would like to have them. It's not the proper place for someone who has full of energy, who still thinks, and who has a mind. But for older people who have slowed down, it might be very good. It just doesn't work for me. They have doctor's appointments, and they have classes. They have different sessions to talk, and they have social sessions, but it was not on my level. I teach graduate students, and this is not for me. This is for older people, and it is for people with certain physical disabilities. If you are thinking and functioning at a younger level, it is not for you from my perspective. The staff is nice, and the people are sweet. The place is very pretty, and it is very helpful. I'm going to try and leave here as soon as I can, and it is going to cost me money to do that. For me personally, I would give it a low rating. But for other people, I would not do it. Many other people are very pleased, very happy, have good relationships, and are having a good time. For me personally, the place is not for me.

We visited Fire Star Premier Residences. It was beautiful facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and more spacious. The residents were very happy and very friendly also. However, we didn't choose it because of the cost.

Five Star Premier Residences was nice. Their rooms were a little bit smaller but quite nice. The staff was pleasant and informative.

Five Star is very nice. That's probably where we will end moving her because it's five minutes where her condo is now. It's not as fabulous but it's a very nice place. The units are a little smaller. You don't have as many options for units but you could go for 1 to 3-bedrooms. They're doing construction but they're constantly doing construction just to update it. They could upgrade the models to have the more modern counters and flooring. They were clean but they were just okay. I have no complaints. They had dancing, games, cards and all types of activities. They also had happy hour. The Five Star is very close to a casino so they had shuttles going back and forth.

I have a family member living in Assisted Living in this community, so am very familiar with Assisted & Independent Living conditions. Do not hesitate to have a loved one reside in Premier Residences of Hollywood. It is a caring, clean, and safe environment for seniors. I personally have seen wonderful transformations in residents who were struggling in their previous living conditions. The social and active lifestyle adds tremendously to the quality of life/ The food is great, the surroundings are beautiful!

My mother was living alone in a condo with a caregiver before we decided she would move to this community. The fact was that mom was isolated, she did not communicate well with her aide and all of her friends passed away or moved with their children. Since she moved to Independent Living she is socializing, she eats with other people with common interests and she playing cards again. Mom likes the food and has gained a few pounds and she is exercising which she has not done in years. Mom has a 1 bedroom apartment which we furnished beautifully and she feels very safe and comfortable she admits. What more can a family member ask for. I was feeling guilty that I could not care for mom myself, but I work long hours. I never thought she would feel content as she hated giving up her condo on the beach where she lived for so many years, but she has been a trooper and will tell anyone she made the right choice in moving. The people that work in this community are so nice and friendly. What can I say, but thank you!

I came to visit my moms friends that live there in the north building she un named lives in a nice one bedroom apartment she moved in 2008. they do not seve lunch but they have a nice dinning room my mom needs assited living so we decided to do a tour in late january 2010 the cofee area was a mess when we got there at 11:30 am no coffee no cream and the area was dirty and the table Ihad to wipe off ok now the bad part my moms friend showed us assisted living looks like it was re done all new but the smell on the 1st floor was terible plastic bags in the hallway with dirty laundry and trash the nurses was speaking a different language also
I am brining my mom to the presidential it cost less and has no odors
