My aunt and uncle moved into Lake Morton Plaza, and so far, it has been pretty good. They have a good-sized room, and they are happy with it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have bingo, do entertainment, and different games. They have game rooms and computer rooms. They have outdoor patios and stuff that they can go out and sit on. They also have a balcony to their room.

We chose Lake Morton Plaza for mom. We liked the location and the size of the apartment. The staff during the tour was very helpful. The rooms were very nice and nice sized. It was just the right size for the things that she had to put inside the place. The view seemed nice. The apartment layout and the way it was set up were nice. The facility seemed adequate. It seemed like they were very caring. The people there were real friendly and seemed concerned about the residents.

My mother moved into Lake Morton Plaza. The people that work there are very, very friendly. You can tell that the residents who live there are very happy, and it's very clean. It's really nice. It's very welcoming. It's bright and inviting, just very nice. I know they've got their schedule posted everywhere on all the floors. They have exercises, they have games, they have restaurant-style dining. Everyone's wearing a mask, but they're still doing activities, so they have bean bag baseball and things like that.

We saw Lake Morton Plaza. It was a good visit, but we didn't think it was the right thing for my dad. It's a nice place and maybe 2 years ago, it would have been perfect for him, but not right now. The staff showed us the independent living section, but I think it's all kind of the same thing. It's a high rise and that's what kind of got to us. We didn't think it would work with him. The staff who toured us was wonderful. We didn't really see all that much: just the common areas.

I went to Lake Morton Plaza. The closets are large, the rooms are very nice, and they serve three meals a day there, which is included. I saw the dining area; it was very nice, very clean, and large, and it looked like a restaurant. Everybody seemed very happy. The day that I was there, they had a Valentine's Day party. Also, they'll take you to wherever you want to go. They have a patio, and there is a lake down the street, but they don't have a pool or an exercise room.

I chose Lake Morton Plaza for my sister because of the friendliness of the community, the staff and the quality of living she would have there. My sister is in independent living right now, but when she needs more they have the ability to do that. The staff is absolutely awesome. They keep me informed of everything. They call me all the time. They are great. My sister has a front room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a partial kitchen. She has a refrigerator and cupboards. It's like a little studio apartment. It's not like just being in a nursing home. It's really nice. They have activities, but one of their patients was in the hospital and she had Covid19, so now they're on restriction. It's a great convenience to get around. They have several elevators, so you're never waiting very long for an elevator to your room. It's really nice. My sister says food is very good. They have a chef there.

My sister is living in Lake Morton Plaza. We chose it because we took a tour, liked the people so far, and she loves the place so far. The rooms are fine, the food is good according to my sister, and she seems very happy there. So far, so good; she's satisfied. They have a lot of activities every day like bingo, kickball, baseball, and movie nights just to name a few. They have someone to come in and clean for them once a week, they have like a little general store for them to purchase things that they may need. She likes the food. If she can't come down, they'll bring up the food to their room. They treat you like family so far, so that's the plus about it.

The layout of Lake Morton Plaza is great, the apartments are cute, and it's not like a nursing home. Everybody is integrated, and all the things that you would need for an aging person, like assisted, they have all of that. They have transportation, they've got activities, movies, games, salon, and they also take them to the grocery stores, movies, or whatever they want to do. They can come and go as they please. The staff Jade, is very nice, helpful, and you feel very comfortable with her. The dining area is nice, we ate lunch one day, and it was good.

We had a hard time trying to find a place to park to go in and visit Lake Morton Plaza. It was fine, but it was dark, and there wasn’t much common areas like the common areas to sit down and watch TV. They had an outside screened room, and that was about it. There wasn’t a place to really walk unless you want to walk on the streets. We just weren’t impressed.

The staff at Lake Morton Plaza was nice. It was an older building and a little more crowded, kind of more like a hospital facility. They didn't have too many amenities. They had activities there but not a lot of outside activities. I think they just go grocery shopping.

We visited Lake Morton Plaza. The visit was very good. The one-bedroom apartment was large. It was about the size of the rooms at the other facility. It was laid out very nice. Their recreational facilities were somewhat limited, but of the four we saw, if we have to choose one of them, well, Lake Morton Plaza would be the one. The dining room was very nice. The food was good. They appeared to be very active.

I'm in the independent living part of Lake Morton. It's a wonderful place to live. There are a lot of friendly people, the food is very good, and they have lots of activities like church on Sundays for all denominations, bingo, chorus if you want to join, and even Wii bowling. They have 8 washers and dryers, and you can do your own personal washing at any time.
I have a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bath. It's a very comfortable and very lovely place to live. They clean your apartment once a week, change your bed linens, and wash them. When you come into the building, you have to sign in and sign out. I moved in last March. I think everything's covered. I don't have any complaints so far. They have a dining room, and 3 meals a day are provided. The food is delicious, with homemade food and homemade dessert.

Lake Morton Plaza was fine; however, it was limited in services. It was limited overall in activities. They did not have a swimming pool. They did not offer a lot of entertainment or anything. The people were nice. The rooms were very nice.

Lake Morton Plaza would be our second choice. That's 13-story high. We like it. We like the staff and their rooms. The food was good. The dining room was good too. I think they had bunch of activities.
