I visited Freedom Pointe at The Villages. It is more like an apartment for people who are more active and can drive, so I know my mom can't do that. It's fairly new. It's almost like going to a hotel. It's a nice place. The staff were just as good as the other staff. They're very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff said, 'Any questions you want to ask anybody when they walk by, you can ask them questions.' I asked a couple of them questions, and they were pleased to answer anything. As far as what they have for activities, they have basically the same activities as the assisted living, except that they have more freedom. They have outside activities, and you're not restricted. You can even go play golf. I didn't really get a whole day of activities as far as what they had, they just told me what they had.

Freedom Pointe at The Villages was very beautiful and very nice. It was just a little more than the budget we could afford. The staff was very friendly and very open. The staff followed up with a phone call. The facility was just excellent, and the food was very fine.

Freedom Pointe CCRC did not have a two-bedroom available, so that's when we started looking for other things. The marketing people are all first rate; they're really good. They seem to have a lot of amenities, like a pool and things like that. They have libraries, they go on little trips, they offer concierge services to different places, and when you have a doctor's appointment they will take you.

At Freedom Pointe, our tour guide was a great person, and she was very thorough. She explained everything. It's a lot of information to take in, but she did a great job. We enjoyed the tour very much, and we came home with literature. We haven't made any decisions; we're just trying to research and understand what this is all about. We're both healthy and strong right now, but things can change, and we just wanted to get educated. When she took us around, we saw a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment. She showed us the pool, several rooms for exercise classes, the library, the room where they play cards, and the large ballroom where they have special events. There were walking trails outside. The facility looked very good.

We were extremely pleased with the overall treatment Freedom Pointe showed us when we had our scheduled visit to the facility. Their staff was very professional and responsive to all our questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Pointe of The Villages to others.

it was a wonderful place to be everything was so clean the staff was so friendly and everyone seemed to get along the tenants were happy. it barely cost anything to live there and its right by downtown the villages by far is one of the best spots for anyone to live in the elderly community there is so much to do there. at the home there was all sorts of games to play and people to talk to there were no visiting hours you were free to do as you please and thats why i give this place a four star rating its just so nice and spacious and the rooms are immaculate.
