I thought St. Andrews Estates was a nice place. It's a very open and green campus. They offered a wide variety of amenities. The apartments seemed very nice and roomy. We saw a two-bedroom with a den. It's also where you enter into a life contract. They offer assisted living and memory care if needed down the road. I thought they offer a lot, and it's in a good location. We had some lunch but that was about it. It was an informal lunch, and it was good and tasty.

I toured St. Andrews Estates and their staff was excellent. They were wonderful, treated us very nicely, were very helpful, and were informative. It's very nicely kept, quiet, and was probably a little nicer than the other facility we liked, but they didn't have some of the features that we wanted and it wasn't as open to bringing in your own people. They did not have washers and dryers in the units which was pretty important to my mom. They only included one meal a day, but the facility was immaculate and it was close to us which was a bonus.
