Assisted living at affordable rates. Each resident has their own individual apartment equipped with handicap accessible bathroom and kitchenette. All utilities are included except cable and phone. Our building offer residents the ability to age in place. We offer many amenities in our building which include a restaurant in each building, beauty shop, computer room, transportation and a convenient location.

My aunt will move into Luther Towers II. I was able to see the apartment that they had available for my aunt, but they did not give me a tour of the facility. She's in an ADA unit. It's sufficient for her, since she doesn't need much. We're actually in the process of moving her in, and it's a small apartment. During the initial connection with the staff, they were very welcoming, but then trying to connect with them after we had taken ownership of the apartment has been a little problematic, even just to coordinate the move. They are slow in responding to your communication. The surrounding area is beautiful. It's a very nice neighborhood, which is one of the reasons why I chose this for my aunt.
