I toured The Residence at Summer Street. It was beautiful. Obviously there are some questions I still have, but it was gorgeous. It was like being in a high-end hotel. I was very impressed, and the price tag is also hefty. Brianna was very good. She knew when we got into discussions about the needs of people and stuff. She certainly had answers for me. I saw the two models: the studio and the 2-bedroom. The 1-bedroom would be something I would consider. I thought it was beautiful. I think myself and my friend, and I don't think we're so willing to be in such a confined space right now. It certainly is a reference in the future. I was looking for more an independent living situation. They clean. They do some laundry and forty-five minutes of nursing or any kind of care for your ADLs or something a day if needed. Their dining area was beautiful. I looked at the menu when I was in the dining room and the menu was very, very extensive. They have discussion groups, art sessions, and group activities like concerts. They'll have somebody come in. They have a patio so weather permitting, they are out on the patio with activities. There were a lot of things. There was a sheet that comes out every day where you could pick and choose your activities; it was pretty extensive.
