What I have here in Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge that other places might not have is a very large living room. I have an 800-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment, and I have my office in one half of the living area. Beyond the living room is a sun porch with super windows, and I can just sit on a reclining chair and look at the mountains. The other thing about this place is we're in a very nice, kind of high-end residential neighborhood. We're right at the corner of Federal Boulevard and 112th Avenue, and when we look at the windows, we either look at the mountains or at a nice residential area -- not a 7/11 store, a gas station, or anything like that. I'm really quite pleased here. I love the staff. We have employees who have been here for years, but there was just somewhat of a turnover, and I don't exactly know why. We also don't have to leave for the activities. The swimming pool, the exercise room, and everything else is in this building. We do exercises, a silly game called Scat that we play five times a week, chair yoga, blackjack, cash bingo, meditation (if you want), mah-jongg, bridge, Wii Bowling, aquatics, happy hour once a week, and a lot more. We also have what many communities do not have: every thirty feet or so in the long hallways there is a niche with a little sitting area with chairs and sofa that is very beautifully decorated. It's very, very homey and very, very friendly.

Our experience with Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge so far is great. Their food is great, the apartments are great, and I like all of it. The staff is really accommodating and personal. The food service is great, if you need something they will give it to you. It's a beautiful community. They have a swimming pool, they have exercise classes, movies, and all kinds of things. You just have to work at it, there's a lot.

Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge was beautiful and the nicest community. I saw a one-bedroom apartment with someone living in it and a two-bedroom apartment. They were having lunch when I was there. They have a swimming pool, a library, and a lovely gathering room where people can get together. The staff that accommodated me was very professional and helpful. I liked the idea that they have all the different levels of care and you can have your own room for a fully functional senior all the way to memory care.

Keystone Place at Legacy Ridge's rooms were nice, roomy, and well laid out. They had three closets, so they had a fair amount of storage space and full kitchens, so they were really accommodating. I was interested in them. They had a swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms, a Happy Hour twice a week, a group called Active Minds that has a speaker come in once a month to speak to them about timely topics, and trips to restaurants, theaters, and symphony. There's also shuttle service, valet service, hair salon, swimming pool, laundry area, and they come and clean your apartment every other week and do your heavy laundry like sheets and towels. They have a meal plan, including a continental breakfast and one other meal per day. I was impressed with their programs, and they post them every day so you could see what's going on there. Their common rooms were very warm and decorated attractively. The staff was very helpful and nice.

I had a very good visit at Keystone. My mother and I went there twice to look at it. However, she said the people were too young. It was clean, they have appropriate décor, pictures, and they were a little bit more upscale. The rooms were large, spacious, and everybody had a balcony. The food was good, and the dining area was very nice.
