Sunrise at FlatIrons was very nice. I liked that place very much. The staff was great. It's very clean and very modern. Residents put out decorations around their doors and made their little entrance to their apartments unique to them. That was very special and very homey. It was a large facility. There's a lot of walking involved. I think that for some people, it may be too much, but it was still really nice. I would highly recommend that place and the price was not extravagant. It was well done. It's probably where we're going to end up unless we can find something significantly less in money and better value. I loved the dining area and the little bistro and stuff that they have. Their setup was very nice. There were tables all over. It was spread out and there were little nooks and crannies that you could get to and be alone with just yourself or one or two other people pretty easily.

Sunrise at FlatIrons might be out of our price range, but it was good. We had a nice tour. When you walked in, it looked like a very nice hotel. They had a nice dining hall, lots of social areas, a movie theater, game rooms, big art rooms, and exercise rooms. The apartment itself was huge. It was 700 square feet so there was lots of room. It had a kitchen with a fridge and a stove and a couple of closets for clothes. It was a nice place. It was very clean and very well-kept. We walked by an exercise class that was well-attended. There were probably 10 to 15 residents. They gave us a schedule as we were leaving about all of the activities for the upcoming week, which looked great. They had multiple card games, movies every night, Bible studies, and church services (both non-denominational and Catholic) It looked like a very active community. Georgia was great. She answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. She explained the different levels of care, walked through the different costs, and explained the meal plan to us. She was wonderful.

Sunrise at FlatIrons didn't have anything available soon, which was what I wanted. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful. They provide three meals a day and the place looked very organized. They had no pool, but they had transportation to go swimming, which is important to me. It looked like they had a lot of activities, too.
