I lived at The Courtyards at Mountain View. The layout was large, so depending on which room you have, you may have a long walk to go to either meals or activities, and they're all centrally located. They have a beauty parlor with someone there twice a week. They have a library, music is played quite a bit, and there's live music at least once a week. It's very pleasant as far as looks, and the hallways are wide, which is very nice for people using any kind of a walking device or scooter or anything like that. They provide three meals. There had been multiple chefs, and the food was just very up and down and rarely was it good. Up until two months ago, the activities were excellent and multiple, and they had all kinds of things. Two months ago, we got a new person and I had not seen activities happening. What throws all of these good things off is the administration. There had been five directors when I was there, three chefs, and frequently not enough servers in the dining room. People only had hot water for months on end. It could be a wonderful place. It's physically wonderful and it had this lovely courtyard.
