Brookdale Skyline was nice, but it wasn't as nice and elegant as the other facility I visited. The staff were all very attentive. They were very good. They do a lot of different things with the residents. They cover the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social dimensions of life. They had silver sneakers, which I think is always good exercise. They had a lot of different kinds of water exercises. It was a very large facility. I liked that they had cottages, so they had a real variety of places you could live.

Brookdale Skyline had pool therapy and physical therapy. They had a very nice exercise room that was very well equipped. They also offered line dancing as part of their exercise program. They had an art studio, craft rooms, all kinds of games, puzzles, and a library. I looked at an apartment and one of their villas. I was very impressed with both. I was impressed with the staff, too. They were very nice.

My dad's experience with Brookdale Skyline has been wonderful. It has all the amenities that a hotel would have, and the rooms are beautiful. They have three or four different styles, and they're all nice and spacious. The people are really nice and very helpful, too. They have a beautiful dining room, a full gym, an indoor pool that's heated, plenty of classes for exercise, a barber shop, a cafe, and tons of activities for the residents to do. They got two free meals and it's buffet style right now due to COVID. They're a bit pricey, but the place is absolutely gorgeous.

I'm moving into Brookdale Skyline by October. I chose it because it has progressive medical care. The place was clean and organized, and the people seemed happy.

Brookdale Skyline was very nice and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The staff who assisted us during the tour was very helpful. The rooms were very large; we had lunch there and it was okay. They had recreational rooms, a pool, laundry facilities, library, and we saw the dining hall. When we were there they weren't active, but my parents said that they were more active when they went there.

Brookdale Skyline was excellent. I pretty much like everything, except for it to be a little bit difficult getting from one area to another. You had to go quite a big distance. The rooms are nice sized and easily accessible. The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. They have good facilities. They have a good menu and is quite varied. They have got a good selection, and they've got a wide variety over a pretty good time.

Brookdale was really very nice; it was well-kept, and really upscale. However, it was way out of our price range, and it had more services than what we really required. It had very nice furniture, and It felt like you’re going into a 5-star resort.

Brookdale Skyline is a beautiful place. The staff is very helpful and know their residents by first name. The atmosphere is good. Mom's apartment is comfortable, clean, and seems to be well cared for. The food is very good and very tasty.

My dad used to live at Brookdale Skyline. It was totally under construction with dangerous conditions, like wall coverings just laying on the floor, wires dangling from the ceiling, and construction equipment easily accessible to people, including my father who has memory issues. It looked bad. Some staff members were pretty darn good. Some couldn't get it right after repeated requests. For example, my father was getting narcotic medication which he shouldn't have been getting for a couple of months and repeated requests for services such as unplugging his plugged toilet couldn't get done. I was super disappointed. The decent part of it was the activities. Crystal, the activity girl, was nice and tried hard, and I was satisfied with that portion. The food was OK. They could improve on maintenance. My father's toilet would back up and stay that way for days. I would call to complain and go back two days later and he still couldn't use his own toilet. A toilet seat broke off, leaving it basically a real hazard for falling, but nothing was done, so maintenance was extremely poor. Cleaning was extremely poor. His shower was not cleaned at one time for over a year. Zero. I hired a family member to clean his apartment because it was poorly handled. The building was being revamped at an excruciatingly slow pace. As you walked down the hallway there were large, open areas with lumber, saws, construction materials, and nails right there. If my father had chosen to go beyond the little yellow caution tape, he would have found himself in a very dangerous place. My father has poor memory and poor judgment. Some of the nurses and the folks who checked on my dad were pretty good. There were some caring, decent people there. The problem from my perspective was higher up the ladder, and when I complained to the supervisor or chair managers, nothing was done. My father needed a review of his appropriateness to be there. Three weeks later, nothing. It's really disappointing and yet there were a couple of people whom I consider champions.

Exceeded our expectations. Staff and residents are so friendly, caring and they make it a community. My mother was able to live in one of the wonderful garden home for a couple years before moving into one of the apartments. I do not know of anyplace in Colorado so nice or that offers everything they have to offer. It was a blessing.

I went to visit Village at Skyline and it was very upscale. It had a quite pleasant atmosphere. The place was clean enough and sanitary. The staff were very nice and polite, and they were very eager to have me there. I ate there, and the food was quite excellent.

We visited Village at Skyline several times and it looked appealing. The staff was very gracious, most courteous, most forthright and most considerate. They answered all our questions and showed us the available models. We had a very good relationship with them. We ate there several times and it was excellent, the food was good.

Village at Skyline is a really large facility. Basically they have everything there. It got independent living, assisted living, memory care, and long term care. This is the only facility that had all of those. The rooms were very nice. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had lunch there and the food was very good. We liked it, but that type of facility is too large for my mother-in-law.

We were totally pleased and almost blown away with how spacious was Village at Skyline. The floors are light colored and really, really nice. It was a well done tour and they were extremely nice. They offered us dinner at the same time. The dining area was very spacious. There were also good choices of rooms and lots of options. You can have a 2-bedroom with an extra room for an office. Everything was wonderful and everything was professionally done.

It was great, and I really liked the facility. However, I was told I don't meet the age criteria to be a resident there. I'm 61 and think that should be fine.
