We toured The Oaks at Nipomo. The interior of it is very nice. The facilities that they have been excellent. We would consider them. The individual apartments are a little small in the bedrooms, but that's a personal preference. We'd like to have a king-sized bed and they won't fit in all of theirs and they are limited in the ones that it will fit. But overall, we liked it a lot. The food was very good. The only negatives that we have are that it's in Nipomo and not in San Luis. We're targeting mainly the San Luis area, or the Carlsbad area because my daughter lives there. The staff taking us around was excellent.

The Oaks at Nipomo Speaker was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. They seem to have all the activities, and even invited my mother to come back. We've participated in a Christmas event there before COVID. I've been there at least twice. The staff answered all my questions clearly and were very welcoming. It's very updated since it's brand-new (about 5 years only), and it's very nice. They have a ton of activities and a myriad of different things they offer to the community.
