Redwood Terrace is owned and managed by HumanGood, a nonprofit public benefit corporation serving older adults since 1949.

To accommodate a variety of lifestyles, we offer our residents a wide selection of one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans. All of our residential units come equipped with private bathrooms and full kitchens, and select units may also feature patios, balconies, in-unit washer/dryers, walk-in closets or dens.

As part of our resort-style experience, residents enjoy a number of amenities such as private, secure underground parking, regular cleaning services, landscaping and maintenance, 24-hour security and scheduled local transportation. Our community also features an on-site fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and ceramics and woodworking programs for our residents to enjoy.

Providing the peace of mind of that comes with knowing the help you need is just steps away, Redwood Terrace’s professional healthcare staff is available 24 hours a day to offer not only supportive services but also skilled nursing and hospice care. In addition, we are also able to provide rehabilitation services for residents recovering from surgery.

Residents who need a little extra support with the activities of daily living may take advantage of our assisted living services which include assistance with tasks such as bathing, meal preparation, dressing and taking medication.

We visited Redwood Terrace and thought it was very nice. They've been making some renovations which looked like they'll be very good, and they have a lot of cottages that were separate houses. Overall, we liked it. The staff seemed nice. They have all the amenities including a salon. We went over all the things that they have like the gym, we went into some of the rooms, and we went into one of their houses or cottages. The rooms were more spacious than I thought they would be. They looked well-kept and nice.

We were impressed with Redwood Terrace, but it seemed rather institutional. It was spread out and looked nice, but it had a high buy-in fee. The resident amenities were comparable to others, and they had a pool.

Redwood Town Court is a wonderful community. The staff is kind, courteous and provides great service. The community features many great amenities such as a pool, gym, salon, game rooms, transportation and activities around town. I'd recommend Redwood Town Court to anyone. Another great thing is that this community is very welcoming to visiting family members, allowing them to partake in activities and meal times. Security is on site. Entertainment is common, and movies are shown frequently. Many different classes such as tai chi and astronomy are available. Food is outstanding with a large variety. The menu here also provides many healthy options for those on a special or restrictive diet. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious with many different layouts available. Balconies and large picture windows afford great views of Escondido and the surrounding mountains. Finally the location cannot be beat in Escondido, within walking distance are attractions, museums and Grand Avenue, which features many shops, restaurants and events throughout the year.I really cannot say enough good things about Redwood Town Court!
