We visited Sierra View Homes over at Ridley. It's older, but it was nice. The staff were nice, too.
It has a lot of spaces for group activities. The individual senior apartments all have good lighting. They were nice but older, so they could use some upgrades. Some of the apartments were getting new tile or linoleum; they're in the process of upgrading.
One good thing about it is that when you live in the independent living, you're guaranteed a spot should you need to move to the other levels, which is really nice. So if you're going to break your hip, you could go to their skilled nursing level. If you get Alzheimer's, you could go to their memory care, and you're guaranteed a spot.
