HORRIBLE STAFF. Never provided residents with necessary safety precautionary items during the beginning of the pandemic ( was asked by multiple residents If I could purchase the items for them insisting of masks, toilet paper, hand sanitizer/soap since they weren’t able to leave the building themselves.) Black mold grew from ceiling on 7th floor (was mentioned many times to the front desk but was never dealt with.) Two separate times I dropped some bags of groceries off (perishables) to the lady at the front desk then arrived back two hours later to drop more things off to my grandmother just to see that they were still down stairs! The “man “ who runs this “home” is VERY rude and unprofessional. Had my 80 year old grandmother evicted during a pandemic. An utterly disgusting place/staff to say the least.
