My mother has made her new home at Atria Golden Creek. The first thing we noticed when I was shown the property by their coordinator, Teresa, was that the people that work there are so friendly and everybody you run into says hello. The other thing that we noticed was the cleanliness at Atria. My Mother's apartment is so cute with her kitchenette and balcony. I enjoy seeing the residents outside their rooms socializing, playing bridge, rummy tiles, play reading groups, book groups (and there is a library there), bingo, stretching classes and of course the happy hours. Their coordinator for social events, Mo, is always walking around greeting people and there to help. They have entertainment at least once a week, group trips to museums, shopping and lunches out. Armando provides transportation to take them to Dr. appointments. Laundry and apartment cleaning is once a week and three meals a day are provided. This Atria is in a great location. It is across the street from the lakes in Woodbridge, a small shopping center with Grocer's Outlet to walk to and a bike/walking path that Atria has a group walk.
I think the best part is that my Mother is safe and looked out for at Atria. I am so happy she is living there and has made so many new friends.

We moved my aunt into Atria Golden Creek. The location is convenient to my home. The intake people were very helpful, friendly, kind and caring. They have provided safety and a welcoming community for her. She has a beautiful balcony and a view. The facility is clean. The staff members that are around are friendly to help her. Everybody is willing to help. She likes the food. She goes on walks, but that is the only thing that she has taken advantage of there. She is looking forward to meeting other people for garden club, flower arranging, movies and quilting.
