My friend moved into Carlton Senior Living Fremont. It's a very active, nice community, so that the residents there stay active. They always have something pretty much throughout the week going on for the seniors to participate in. There is a lot of help on hand, you know, employees that are walking the halls and about. The way the building is built is actually really good because it's in a circle so no one can get really lost when they leave the room. The way it's made, its design is really good. They have exercise classes, they take walks, they go on a trip every week to a restaurant, they go on a trip every week to shop if they want to go shopping at the mall, they take field trips to places, they have the brain class, brain exercise, they have a movie theater, they have a band every week come in and play, they have an art room so they can do activities. They have a game room, they have a center courtyard, they have a hair salon, and a nail salon. They have a podiatrist that comes every month. They have complimentary escorts to show them around, pick them up for lunch, breakfast, bring them down for lunch, come and bring them down to dinner. Her apartment is spacious. It's really nice. The cleaning service is included, once a week they come in and they clean, and they also do laundry.

Our visit at Carlton Senior Living Fremont was wonderful; it's a very lovely place. I liked how nice and clean it was. I liked that they have a restaurant type area for you to have dinner, instead of being just a regular rest home type of thing. They also have like a coffee shop in case you don't get up early. The people were so friendly and so nice. I had lunch there and the food was really delicious. They have a gym in there, a TV room, they do all kinds of different things. it was just really nice. The rooms that they showed me were very nice. They take you shopping, take you to doctors' appointments, and all those things.

Carlton Senior Living Fremont was really nice. It was quite large, and the residents were of different races. I had a pretty good impression of how the place was run. The room was not updated and looked kind of old. The residents looked happy, and the location was OK.

I like Carlton Senior Living Fremont, but it was a lot more money than where my uncle is now. It's nice, clean, and great. The staff was very helpful. The people there seemed to be happy. They were having a Halloween party while we were there, which looked like a lot of fun. The staff was absolutely great. We had great communication. She called me back, she wrote me a letter, emailed, and followed up. She did everything she could possibly do to get us over there.

I've lived in Carlton Plaza (Carlton Senior Living Fremont) for eight years now. I like everything about it. The management is spectacular, and the head director is just amazing. I enjoy the food and the way they present it. It can be fine dining, or if you're looking for a different thing, it can be cafe food, which is located adjacent to the lobby. It has a beautiful, big courtyard at the center of the building, it's just incredible, and I love it.

Carlton was very nice, very well-kept, clean, and comfortable. It was not too modern, but not too outdated. The staff was very nice and very thorough in going over everything that we wanted to know, and they seemed to cover everything. The rooms were good, and the dining room was very nice. I liked that it was setup restaurant style, rather than a buffet. All the residents were very friendly and very willing to speak out. They say that it was a nice place to live, and they were happy there. They have enough going on that somebody can stay very busy there if they want to.

The staff was super friendly and showed so much affection and love for the residents living there. They checked up on my great grandmother extremely often and made sure she was always okay. The food was delicious there. I remember going there as a little kid and getting a warm, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. My great grandmother was able to have her own TV, cable, fridge, microwave, plants and pet. She had a pet bird which she adored. There were events always going on to get the elders to interact and play with each other and spend time communicating and having fun. The facility was always kept clean and tidy and was a great place. The only negative I experienced, was that she had to have a personal safe because a maid stole money from her, but was promptly fired for her actions. A 5star facility.
