I'm staying at Twilight Haven. I have an apartment, it's 1-bedroom, and my kitchen, living room, and sewing room, are all in one room. The bathroom is so small that there is no space for anything personal. I was notified that they're going to raise the rent by $100 a month this February. They have a carport, but the pigeons are messing with my car. They have a bus that takes us to Walmart, and they have Christmas dinner. It's clean, neat, and everything looks good.

Twilight Haven was nice and clean, and the people were nice, but it was easy for him to get out of the facility and go to the streets; that was a concern for me. However, I was impressed with the place. They had a room where people could play cards and dominoes. The administrator was very nice.

They are just very friendly at Twilight Haven -- extremely helpful with the information they gave -- and have bent over backwards to accommodate any request we had for our parents.

My visit at Twilight Haven was OK. I would give them high marks for affordability, but the neighborhood is scary for my mom. The facility was old and drabby-looking and not cheerful. The activities were so-so. The dining room was very institutional-looking. I think the facility was good enough but depressing.

I met the staff, they were slow at meeting the residence needs. The people waited a half an hour to eat. The staff stood around and talked. The public bathroom was dirty.

I had several friends that had grandparents and parents at Twilight Haven, so I found them through word of mouth. I like the facility's affordability. Their staff was excellent too.

I had stayed at Twilight Haven. The person that took care of the management was not good. We had a stove that went up, and they told us that they were going to fix it, but they brought us one that didn't work. They had to remove a cabinet in order to take off the stovetop, and they just moved the pots and pans every which way. Then they had to redo the floor because of the cabinet, and it was a big mess. We were never told that they were going to work there. That's another reason why we left. However, the apartment was OK. They had apartments, or you could move into a studio. Then they had assisted living and permanent care. It was a facility that took care of everything. If you were bedridden, there was a facility for that. The food was good, and the service there was fine. They had lots of light, and it was an open facility. I liked the price of the apartments. Some of the staff was good, and some of them were bad.
