Bixby Knolls Tower is wonderful. I like their dining room and their community area. The person who gave me the tour was just an amazing person, wonderful personality, and caring. Everybody that I met there was nice and friendly. I toured their independent living, and the community layout was very nice, comfortable, and appealing. They have good parking, which I need. There was a mailbox and laundry, which they provide. If you like to do your own laundry, that's permissible too. Another thing that was there that I haven't seen anywhere else is the guest quarters. You can have a family member come, and they have a guest room. They pay only $100 a night. It's beautiful, and it's just like you're living there. It has all the amenities that you have. I haven't seen that anywhere else, and that is spectacular. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I chose Bixby Knolls Tower because the management was extremely caring and wishing to help. The place is immaculate, the dining area is very good, and the food is very good. They're in the process of remodeling but they make everyone comfortable during the period of remodeling. So it's not a real inconvenience. As far as I'm concerned, they're excellent and the staff is excellent.

We visited Bixby Knolls Tower, which we liked very much because it is near where our son lives in Bixby Knolls. We also like the area. We like the facilities very much. It is more to our liking because it is more modern. The simplicity of the apartments appeals to us. Our furnishings would feel more at home there. The ceiling windows really appeal to us because we will be using one of our bedrooms as an art studio and the lighting there is wonderful. They have covered parking underneath the building with an elevator up to the apartments, which is good. Things like that made us prefer Bixby. Also because it is right near where our son lives, it is good. The price is more reasonable too. The hostess is very friendly and hit it off with my husband because she is a boat person. The staff was very nice. The serving staff in the dining hall was very friendly and nice. We had a good lunch.

I toured Bixby Knolls Tower. It was nice, but they could not take their golf cart. They had a bus service, but you’re in a middle of the town. The lady who took me on the tour was very nice and showed me several apartments and the dining room, which was very nice. I was chatting with people along the way. We wanted a furnished place, but they did not have it. Assisted living was close by if you needed it. It had a great view, and you could look down at Long Beach, but it was expensive.

I chose Bixby Knolls Towers. They have wonderful apartments with a full kitchen, which is the the main reason I'm moving there. It's a wonderful facility. When you walk in, you get a feeling of peace and warmth. It's just perfect. They have two buildings, one for independent living apartments and across the courtyard are facilities for those who require care. My overall impression is one of peace, serenity, and friendliness. Everyone is extremely friendly. The person who showed me around called everybody by their first name, and he knew every person we came in contact with. It was just a very warm and wonderful community. The food was well-prepared and tasty, and they had a very nice dining room with very nice service. You can be served if you're not able to go to the cafeteria line.

My mother was a resident of Bixby Knolls Tower. They had great staff. It was a fantastic place, and she enjoyed everything about it. It was a great place for independent people that want to retire, get rid of their responsibilities, and just sit back and enjoy the meals. They had lots of activities and exercises.
