It was in the late 1970's that Eva Godel and her partners, the Kahan family, set out to realize their dream of a charming home to a wonderful group of seniors.

My mother-in-law is in Beverly Hills Carmel North Elegant Retirement Living. It's a very nice facility. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. They have music, they have exercise, the dining area is very nice, and the apartment is beautiful.

My client absolutely loved this facility. He was a veteran, and his insurance paid for the entire amount of the stay. When I visited with him, the inside of the building seemed more like a nice hotel than any type of assisted living facility. They had a nice reading room / library with a huge selection of books and a place for clients to visit with each other and play cards etc. Also, the floor that my client was on had a great view of Beverly Hills streets below. He had no complaints with the facility, and said that the staff took very good care of him whenever he needed assistance with anything. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Beverly Hills / LA area.

My friend David moved out to this living facility some months ago. He always told me that this was a wonderful place to live. I thought he was lying, but I visited him some days ago, and I could believe what beautiful was this place. My friends room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was really good. I really liked this place. I said to my friend that this place was much better then my house. I think my friend is enjoying living there because it's an excellent living facility. I will recommend this facility to my friends for sure.

I decided to allow my mom to become a resident of Beverly Hills Carmel South because of the affordable rates. Not bad for a good location in Los Angeles, too. The outside of the facility is very beautiful and attractive. Me and my mom usually goes outside and have a cup of tea every single time I visit. I personally like it more than the inside! The living space really is like a hotel room. It's very comfortable and spacey. Nice furniture, great view outside, and kept very clean. I recommend anyone this facility to those in Los Angeles! Thank you.
